In particular, the present invention relates to more specifically AGC kinases inhibitors, compositions, in particular pharmaceuticals, comprising such inhibitors, and to uses of such inhibitors in the treatment and prophylaxis of disease.

Abstract: A reconstitution device having an opening surrounded by a neck, and a cap including a first end, a second end, and an inner bore having a central aperture. A stopper is positioned in the opening of the neck and includes a portion capable of being perforated. A plunger is located at the second end of the cap, is configured to slide along the inner bore of the cap, and includes a shaft extending downwardly in a direction towards the stopper and having a pointed end for piercing the stopper. A locking mechanism is located in the cap and includes an aperture. The locking mechanism is configured such that when the plunger is pushed downwardly the shaft is allowed to pass through the aperture, but when the plunger is pulled upwardly the second aperture changes shape such that the shaft cannot freely pass through the aperture.

The method includes the steps of determining a type of data received from each of the dissimilar automatic contact distributors and identifying a data criteria for the determined type of data. The method further includes the steps of detecting a difference between the data criteria and data, identifying a correction for the detected difference, reformatting the data based upon the identified correction and saving the reformatted data in a database of the electronic workforce management server.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques for controlling workloads in a multi-tenant environment. Some such tools provide a queue controller that can control workflow processing across systems, work (provisioning engines, computing clusters, and/or physical data centers. In an aspect, a queue controller can determine the status of each work request based on one or more attributes, such as the workflow type, the systems affected by (and/or involved with) the workflow, information about the tenant requesting the workflow, the job type, and/or the like. In another aspect, a queue controller can be policy-based, such that policies can be configured for one or more of these attributes, and the attribute(s) of an individual request can be analyzed against one or more applicable policies to determine the status of the request. Based on this status, the requested work can be scheduled.

Such a system may be implemented using a web based collection of applications and software modules related to therapy and media for Traumatic Brain Injured (TBI) and similar symptom patients so as to enhance the recovery process and to assist health care providers and families in cooperatively managing treatment programs. This set of computer-based applications is designed to assist and enhance patient recovery through an exercise management tool to manage the recovery treatment program. Further, an application, executable on any computing device provides an all-in-one mobile resource to assist in fulfilling treatment regimens, and managing exercises with more independence. To further enhance the ability of a patient to self-direct various aspects of a session, the calendar based events may include network links to media items for assisting the patient by viewing or listening to video.

Abstract: A fairing system may be assembled about a rotor of a rotorcraft to present an aerodynamically quasi-static region that rotates in an airstream, as well as certain extensions that sweep through the airstream as the rotor hub passes through the air. A spherical interface between the extensions on the rotor hub fairing and the base or root portion of each blade fairing provides three degrees of freedom permitting lead-lag, flapping, and blade pitch pivoting in the blade, while still maintaining an aerodynamic profile that will minimize drag.
