One way of displaying other order information on a user device involves the user device sending, to the server, a URL containing instructions for building an online page to display the order. However, this introduces the risk that a malicious user may modify the URL to remove an item from the order or change a price of an item without informing the merchant. The present application relates to systems and methods for preventing malicious activity by users when modifying order information. According to some aspects of the present disclosure, items entered into a merchant's point of sale device are sent to a server for storage in order information which can be retrieved by a user device using an identifier.

The server compares the dates and types of performed renal therapies stored in the log file to a device program that specifies dates for performing renal therapies and the types of renal therapies to be performed. The server displays a flag in a user interface of a clinician computer when there is a deviation from the comparison.

The method involves receiving static and dynamic power consumption values associated with operations performable by the QPU; determining compression schemes implementable by the QPU; calculating total power consumption values associated with receiving and decompressing a representative control signal at the QPU using the compression schemes; and selecting the compression scheme having the lowest total power consumption value. A corresponding method for transmitting control signals from a classical interface of the quantum computer to the QPU is also disclosed in which a compressed control signal is transmitted from the classical interface to the QPU with one or more delays.

    Abstract: A method for generating a graphical model of a plurality of electronic documents establishes connections between individual electronic documents with common authorship even if the spelling of the name of the author varies amongst the documents, for instance, due to the use of abbreviations, pseudonyms, misspellings, and the like. The graphical model is generated by ingesting data from the electronic documents and constructing a base graphical model using the processed data. Thereafter, as part of a disambiguation step, similar authors amongst the plurality of electronic documents are identified and clustered to yield an author similarity graph, which is preferably refined over time. A degree of belief, or similarity inference, is then calculated for documents determined to have common authorship and, in turn, incorporated into the base graphical model. As a result, an inference of the accuracy of linked information in the graphical model can be established.
