Abstract: An X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray detector; a plurality of X-ray sources configured to illuminate the detector from different perspectives; a shutter in a transmission plane between each X-ray source controlling transmission of X-rays from each X-ray source to the detector; and a processor configured to receive and process X-ray data from the detector. The shutter may be configured to illuminate the detector alternately with each X-ray source. The processor may determine 3D information about an object from the processed X-ray data. Also provided are methods for processing X-ray data and different embodiments of shutters to alternately illuminate X-ray detectors.

Abstract: An apparatus configured for use with a saddle while that saddle is secured to an animal. In a typical application setting, the saddle will include a horn. The apparatus can comprise a main body having a top portion and a bottom portion, the bottom portion being configured to receive the aforementioned horn of the saddle. The apparatus can also comprise a securement mechanism configured to selectively and temporarily secure the main body to the saddle while the saddle is secured to the animal.

Abstract: An anchor assist device for use with a grappling anchor, the grappling anchor including a shank, a plurality of prongs extending outwardly from a lower end of the shank and an inner portion defined by the lower end of the shank and corresponding lower ends of each of the prongs. The anchor assist device including a plate section having a base end and an opposing ground-engaging end. The base end of the plate section is attached to the inner portion of the grappling anchor, such that the plate section is supported by one or more prongs of the grappling anchor, and the ground- engaging end of the plate section extends outwardly from the inner portion of the grappling anchor to provide increased anchor hold capacity within soft anchoring ground.

Abstract: Methods and systems for recommending online media content to other users includes receiving a selection of media content rendered on content page. The media content is identified by a user for sharing. A list of topics associated with the user is generated for presenting on a user interface. The topics are descriptive of the media content selected for sharing. Selection of one or more topics for the selected media content is received from the user. The received selections define the user's relevancy perspective for the selected media content. A recommendation for the selected media content is provided in content streams of users that follow the selected topics for users interactions with the selected media content.

The system provides UV energy with the adjusted parameter to a subsequent set of blueberries to remove microorganisms from the blueberries while retaining fruit bloom.

Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a monitoring system for monitoring the positioning of a patient relative to a treatment apparatus operable to deliver radiation along a radiation path. A model generation module is arranged to generate a model of a surface of a patient being monitored. A comparison module determines a transformation required to match the generated model to the stored model target surface. An offset determination module then utilizes the transformation and data indicative of a current position of a treatment apparatus to determine an offset value indicative of the offset of the surface of a patient relative to an axis corresponding to a determined current radiation path for radiation generated by the treatment apparatus applied to a patient. If the offset value exceeds a threshold, a warning may be generated or treatment may be halted.
