    Abstract: A network management system for orchestrating a network is provided. During operation, the system generates a graph representing the network. A respective vertex corresponds to an entity in the network, and a respective edge indicates a relationship between a vertex pair. The system can determine a first and a second timestamps for a respective edge. The first timestamp indicates a time instance when a relationship indicated by the edge is established. The second timestamp indicates a time instance when the relationship is terminated. The time range between the first and second timestamps indicates an active period for the edge. The system then receives, from an interface of the system, an instruction for comparing the topology, states, and configuration of the network. The system determines the topology, states, and configurations of the network at a target time instance indicated by the instruction by traversing the active edges of the graph.

    Abstract: An electronic device may be provided with wireless circuitry and control circuitry. The wireless circuitry may include a phased antenna array. Sensors and other circuitry in the electronic device may generate sensor data such as accelerometer data, gyroscope data, magnetometer data, location data, and spatial ranging data. The wireless circuitry may establish and maintain one or more wireless links with external devices based on the sensor data as the device moves over time. For example, the wireless circuitry may perform physical layer beam adjustments, inter-radio access technology handovers, intra-radio access technology handovers, and/or dual connectivity adjustments based on the sensor data. This may allow the device to maintain one or more wireless links without having to sweep the signal beam of the phased antenna array over its entire field of view each time the device has moved.

    Abstract: A decision management technique comprises obtaining, for a set of items, data indicative of a previous percentage division between a first item type and a second item type for each item in the set of items. The technique further comprises classifying each item in the set of items into one of a plurality of clusters, based on the obtained data, wherein each cluster represents a different percentage division range between the first item type and the second item type. The technique further comprises identifying any items in each cluster that deviate from the percentage division range for the cluster, and then applying weights to any identified items based on the deviation from the percentage division range. The technique further comprises re-classifying any identified items to another cluster in the plurality of clusters based on the applied weights.

Some embodiments apply machine learning to the analysis of unstructured text to identify regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity risks. The query string is tokenized and the tokenized parts are converted into nodes of a query graph and relationships are defining between the nodes. After identifying matches between terms in target text with nodes of the query graph, a graph is generated using matched terms as nodes. Based on the defined relationships, a determination is made whether any group of nodes on the graph satisfy the query string. Any matched nodes are mapped to the target text, and this information is provided to an analyst or reviewer for further consideration or action.
