  • Publication number: 20250132991
Abstract: Disclosed techniques include evaluating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) event information from a production domain (16) to identify nonconformance of a service provided via the production domain with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) governing the service, and outputting actionable nonconformance information. Among the several advantages gained via the disclosed techniques is the use of even low-level KPIs over time to determine higher-level compliance or non-compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) defined by the SLA and the ability to drive Business Support Systems (BSSs) or Service Assurance Systems (SASs) via nonconformance information determined from identified nonconformance with the SLA.

  • Publication number: 20250131272
Abstract: In various examples, a two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) deep neural network (DNN) is implemented to fuse 2D and 3D object detection results for classifying objects. For example, regions of interest (ROIs) and/or bounding shapes corresponding thereto may be determined using one or more region proposal networks (RPNs)—such as an image-based RPN and/or a depth-based RPN. Each ROI may be extended into a frustum in 3D world-space, and a point cloud may be filtered to include only points from within the frustum. The remaining points may be voxelated to generate a volume in 3D world space, and the volume may be applied to a 3D DNN to generate one or more vectors. The one or more vectors, in addition to one or more additional vectors generated using a 2D DNN processing image data, may be applied to a classifier network to generate a classification for an object.

  • Publication number: 20250133544
Abstract: Methods and systems include beamformed wireless communications to and from a user equipment electronic device. During operation of the user equipment electronic device, a change in slot aggregation is made. Using the aggregated slots, the user equipment electronic device and/or a wireless network utilize beam sweeps to determine a best beam pairing by repeating a shared channel in the aggregated slots with a beam sweep of multiple beams between the user equipment electronic device and the wireless network.

  • Patent number: 12284246
Abstract: Certain embodiments disclosed herein reduce or eliminate a communication bottleneck at the storage manager by reducing communication with the storage manager while maintaining functionality of an information management system. In some implementations, a client obtains information for enabling a secondary storage job (e.g., a backup or restore) from a storage manager and stores the information (which may be referred to as job metadata) in a local cache. The client may then reuse the job metadata for multiple storage jobs reducing the frequency of communication with the storage manager. When a configuration of the information management system changes, or the availability of resources changes, the storage manager can push updates to the job metadata to the clients. Further, a client can periodically request updated job metadata from the storage manager ensuring that the client does not rely on out-of-date job metadata.

  • Patent number: 12282968
Abstract: Receiving a dataset and parsing from the dataset an XP coordinate value on an x-axis, a YP coordinate value on a y-axis, and a ZP coordinate value on a z-axis all within a domain having 3-dimensional features. The x-axis and y-axis are perpendicular and define a horizontal earthbound main surface. The ZP coordinate value is on the z-axis perpendicular to the horizontal earthbound main surface. The XP, YP and ZP define a place associated with a 3-dimensional feature. Stored resource rules for places in the domain are accessed that indicate a first resource if the ZP has a first value, and a second resource if the ZP has a second value. One of the resource rules that applies to the place is identified based on XP, YP and ZP. A resource for the dataset is determined by applying the identified rule. The resource is caused to be transmitted.

  • Patent number: 12282572
Abstract: The system provides a permissions engine derives permissions for responses from artificial intelligence (AI) agents. The permissions are derived based on the access permissions of chunks used to generate the response, and the response is cached for reuse with users meeting the permissions requirements. The system can also derive an access permission level for a user attempting to access the cached result or other content. This can be based on a managed access profile that includes user behavior criteria and device criteria. Likewise, the system can validate and derive sensitivity levels of documents that are ingested for use in AI agents and discriminate between chunks to use in synthesizing results based on the derived permissions of the chunks and their relationship to the user.
