  • Patent number: 11301219
Abstract: Systems and methods providing, by a third party, input form fields for sensitive data on a web page provided by an organization. A user may request a web page from an organization, such as a merchant's checkout web page, that requires entry of sensitive data. The merchant's checkout web page may include reference to a script file that provides hosted sensitive data form fields. In response to rendering the merchant web page in a web browser of the user, a request to provide sensitive data form fields on the merchant web page may be received. The request may include a call to a function in a scripting file provided by the third party, and the provided file may cause one or more inline frames to be rendered in the web browser, each inline frame including a sensitive data form field. Data entered by the user in the sensitive data form fields may be received by a third party payment processor device.

  • Patent number: 11301335
Abstract: The indication of a database backup process starting is received. A plurality of buffer manipulator threads are marked as active. A determination is made whether any of the plurality of buffer manipulator threads marked as active in the database backup process become idle. In response to determining that at least one buffer manipulator thread in the database backup process becomes idle, the at least one idle buffer manipulator thread is reassigned to a first largest tablespace in the database that has not completed the database backup process. The first largest tablespace has a largest storage capacity relative to other tablespaces in the database.

  • Patent number: 11301627
Abstract: System, method, and various embodiments for providing contextualized character recognition system are described herein. An embodiment operates by determining a plurality of predicted words of an image. An accuracy measure or each of the plurality of predicted words is identified and a replaceable word with an accuracy measure below a threshold is identified. A plurality of candidate words associated with the replaceable word are identified and a probability for each of the candidate words is calculated based on a contextual analysis. One of the candidate words with a highest probability is selected. The plurality of predicted words including the selected candidate word with the highest probability replacing the replaceable word is output.

  • Patent number: 11303248
Abstract: One example includes a device that is comprised of a pre-power amplifier, a power amplifier, a signal path, and a dynamic bias circuit. The pre-power amplifier amplifies an input signal and outputs a first amplified signal. The power amplifier receives the first amplified signal and amplifies the first amplified signal based on a dynamic bias signal to produce a second amplified signal at an output thereof. The signal path is coupled between an output of the pre-power amplifier and an input of the power amplifier. The dynamic bias circuit monitors the first amplified signal, generates the dynamic bias signal, and outputs the dynamic bias into the signal path.

  • Patent number: 11302405
Abstract: A nonvolatile (NV) memory device includes an NV storage media and a storage controller to control access to the NV storage media. In response to a host read request, the storage controller can determine if the NV storage media is in a stable Vt (threshold voltage) state. If the NV storage media is in a stable Vt state, the storage controller can perform a reset read operation prior to servicing the host read request. A reset read is a read operation that does not produce data to send back to the host. The reset read operation is a dummy read that puts the NV storage media into a transient Vt state, which has lower risk of read disturb.

  • Publication number: 20220108123
Abstract: Segmentation or other classification of digital pathology images with a deep learning model allows for sophisticated spatial features for cancer diagnosis to be extracted in an automated, fast, and accurate manner. A tiered analysis of tissue structure based in part on deep learning methods is provided. First, tissues depicted in a digital pathology image are segmented into cellular compartments (e.g., epithelial and stromal compartments). Second, the heterogeneity in the different cellular compartments are examined based on a clustering algorithm. Tissue can then be characterized in terms of inertia (or other spatial measures or features), which can be used to recognize disease. In some instances, multidimensional inertia (i.e., inertia computed in different cellular compartments or clustered components) can be used as an indicator of disease and its outcome.

  • Publication number: 20220108500
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods, and computer storage media directed to adaptable drawing guides. In implementations, a guide mode is identified. Generally, a guide mode indicates a manner in which to use a drawing guide to confine strokes corresponding with input paths. Upon detecting an input path, a stroke is drawn in accordance with the guide mode. For example, when an edge mode is employed, the drawn stroke is confined to align with at least one edge of the drawing guide, when an inside mode is employed, the drawn stroke is confined inside of the set of edges of the drawing guide, and when the outside mode is employed, the drawn stroke is confined outside of the set of edges of the drawing guide.

  • Patent number: 11295065
Abstract: A method for marking text in digital typography includes identifying one or more glyphs that intersect or overlap with a text marking bounding box, drawing a modified text marking to avoid intersecting with the one or more glyphs, and causing a display device to display the modified text marking with the text. The text marking is associated with a line of text including the glyphs or adjacent to a waxline of text including the glyphs. For each of the glyphs, the glyph corresponding to the glyph bounding box intersecting with the text marking is indicated. The modified text marking is drawn based on outlines of the glyphs, intersections between a text marking bounding box and the glyph outlines, and a user-specified glyph offset, text marking weight, and/or text marking offset to avoid intersecting with the glyphs. The shape of the modified text marking avoids intersecting with or overlapping the glyph.
