  • Patent number: 12039975
Abstract: A natural language system may be configured to act as a participant in a conversation between two users. The system may determine when a user expression such as speech, a gesture, or the like is directed from one user to the other. The system may processing input data related the expression (such as audio data, input data, language processing result data, conversation context data, etc.) to determine if the system should interject a response to the user-to-user expression. If so, the system may process the input data to determine a response and output it. The system may track that response as part of the data related to the ongoing conversation.

  • Publication number: 20240232443
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to proximity-based content visibility control. A secondary client device can request access to an enterprise resource and receive metadata associated with the enterprise resource. The secondary client device can provide, to a primary client device via a peer-to-peer communication channel, data associated with a proximity of the secondary client device to the primary client device. When the proximity falls below a predefined proximity threshold, the secondary client device can receive an access token from the primary client device via the peer-to-peer communication channel. The secondary client device can render the enterprise resource in a display. The secondary client device can receive a notification from the primary client device that the proximity meets or exceeds the predefined proximity threshold. The secondary client device can obscure at least one sensitive portion of the enterprise resource in the display based at least in part on the metadata.

  • Publication number: 20240232793
Abstract: Automated item management techniques are disclosed. For example, for a given item type obtainable from one or more sources and storable as inventory at one of a first site or a second site and based on a given demand forecast, a method classifies the item type based on historical data associated with obtaining the item type from the one or more sources. The method computes a risk factor value for the item type based on one or more risk factors. The method then computes, for the given demand forecast and based on the classifying and the risk factor value, a first amount of the item type to store as inventory at the first site and a second amount of the item type to store as inventory at the second site.

  • Patent number: 12029942
Abstract: An apparatus, a method, and a computer program product for use in performing, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of therapeutic exercises. The apparatus includes a human-device interface and a motion sensor. In response to movement of the human-device interface, a controller receives motion data from the motion sensor, and transmits the motion data to a computing device. Based on the motion data, the computing device displays a graphical element that depicts the movement. The computing device compares the movement to a target motion, and if the movement matches the target motion, displays a graphical element indicating an exercise is being performed properly. If the movement does not match the target motion, the computing device indicates the exercise is not being performed properly and displays another graphical element indicating how to correct the motion.
