  • Patent number: 10246220
Abstract: A food container coupling system includes a food container configured to attach to a can or a beverage container lid/coupler. The food container includes a food compartment with a side wall and a bottom, which has a food compartment coupling structure. The food compartment coupling structure has an inner wall coupling structure with an inner wall jut, and is shaped complementary to the rim of a beverage can and when the food container is mounted to the beverage can, the food compartment coupling structure mates with the beverage can rim. The system may also include a beverage container lid/coupler with a coupling ring adapted to mate with the rim of a beverage container, wherein the rim defines a second plane, and a beverage container lid coupling structure extends from the second plane and can mate with the food compartment coupling structure.

  • Patent number: 10217382
Abstract: A three-dimensional sticker is disclosed that includes a body. The body has the following components: a rigid main sheet constructed from a thermoformable plastic layer, and a flexible/stretchable ink layer adhered the main sheet. Additionally, the body may employ an adhesive layer comprising a repositionable adhesive adhered to the rigid main sheet and a thermoformable release liner detachably adhered to the adhesive layer. The body is thermoformed into a three-dimensional shape with an anchor region and an elevated region. The anchor region is substantially planar and defines an anchor plane, and the elevated region is outside of the anchor plane. The adhesive layer and release liner may be present in the anchor region and elevated region. Additionally, the three-dimensional sticker may comprise a multi-part construction wherein the parts can be separated from each other for easier transport and installation.

  • Patent number: 10159367
Abstract: A container lid is disclosed that accepts a snap-on container. The lid includes a continuous outer coupling trough for attachment to the open top of a beverage container where the trough circumscribes a footprint of the container lid. A straw-hole planar surface is disposed within the footprint, the straw-hole planar surface is adjacent to the outer coupling trough and a hole for drinking a liquid in the container extends through the straw-hole planar surface. A riser wall extends away from the straw-hole planar surface and defines a first planar surface above the straw-hole planar surface. A sip hole extends through the first planar surface. A food container coupling wall connects to the first planar surface and extends from the first planar surface to a position lower than the first planar surface and a food container coupling bottom connected to the food container coupling wall.

  • Patent number: 10086986
Abstract: A food container is disclosed that includes a food compartment and a seal-on cover. The food compartment has an outer rim that circumscribes a volume. The food compartment outer rim has tear tab guides that extend outward from the rim. The seal-on cover has a peripheral edge with two portions, the first portion is connected to the rim and the second portion is not connected to the rim and extends past the outer rim forming an overhang. The extended tear tab guides are located adjacent to the overhang and direct the user as to where the tear line begins at the overhang and extends to an opposite side of the peripheral edge. When a user pulls on the overhang, the seal-on cover tears along the tear line and exposes a portion of the volume.

  • Patent number: 10011407
Abstract: A portable packaging system is disclosed that includes a food container, a beverage container lid and a tray. The food container has a bottom and a wall extending from the bottom that defines a food container footprint. The lid has a rim coupling structure that detachably couples to the rim of a beverage container and a hole to allow access to the contents of the beverage container when the beverage container lid is coupled to the beverage container. The tray has a tray bottom and walls that define a tray footprint that complements the food container footprint such that the food container can securely nest in the tray. The tray and lid can detachably couple to each other. In other embodiments, the system need not have a separate food container.

  • Publication number: 20180178999
Abstract: A delivery system for feeding particulate matter to a target location at a well site, including a transportable conveyor belt assembly; one or more silos in fluid communication with a particulate supply line, each of the silo inlets extending through a side wall of the respective silo and disposed at a different location from the others along a longitudinal axis of the respective silo; and for each silo an enclosed chute detachably attachable thereto so as to receive into the chute particulate matter gravity fed out of the respective silo and convey such matter into the housing of the conveyor belt assembly. The silos, the chutes and the housing enclose the particulate matter as it passes from the silos through the chutes and conveyor belt assembly to the target location, to inhibit the release of dust generated from movement of the particulate matter from the silos to the target location.

  • Patent number: 9984197
Abstract: A method of simulating the activity of the human nervous system includes providing a networked server for access by a user of a general purpose computer, with a database having predetermined data on human nervous system activity being in communication with the networked server. User information is input into the general purpose computer which is correlated with data in the networked database to determine what part of the human nervous system is impacted by the user information input. The general purpose computer displays a simulated image of a portion of the human nervous system and animates the impacted part of the human nervous system determined in the correlation.
