    Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor device is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing a substrate having a metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistor thereon and a first interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer surrounding the MOS transistor; forming a source layer, a drain layer, a first opening between the source layer and the drain layer, and a second ILD layer on the MOS transistor and the first ILD layer, wherein the top surfaces of the source layer, the drain layer, and the second ILD layer are coplanar; forming a channel layer on the second ILD layer, the source layer, and the drain layer and into the first opening; and performing a first planarizing process to remove part of the channel layer so that the top surface of the channel layer is even with the top surfaces of the source layer and the drain layer.

    Abstract: An identity verifying method, an account acquiring method, a mobile terminal, and a storage medium are disclosed, and the account acquiring method includes: receiving, by a first mobile terminal, a user operation of accepting identity verification on the first mobile terminal, playing voice information which is stored in the first mobile terminal and has a correspondence relationship with a user account of a user of the first mobile terminal, and meanwhile collecting voice data of the played voice information using voice receiving means; sending, by the first mobile terminal, verification information comprising the user account and the voice data to a server to allow the server to determine whether the user passes the identity verification according to the verification information; and receiving, by the first mobile terminal, an identity verification result returned by the server. Thus, the voice information is used for identity verification.

    Abstract: Optical dispersion compensation devices are provided herein that are based on one or more optical ring resonators. The degree of dispersion compensation can be selected by controlling the degree of under-coupling and by tuning physical properties of the optical ring resonators. In a first implementation, an optical ring resonator under-coupled to an optical throughput bus can be used to provide positive or negative dispersion compensation depending on tuning of the optical ring resonator, which widens the dispersion window. In a second implementation, an over-coupled optical ring resonator can be added to the optical throughput bus to provide a cascaded filter. In a third implementation optical ring resonators arranged in series between an optical input bus and an optical output bus can be used to both tune dispersion compensation and provide demultiplexing.

The apparatus generates a height map according to a plurality of depth data of an image. The apparatus finds a first region of the height map, wherein the depth data within the first region change more greatly than the depth data outside the first region. The apparatus creates a plurality of grids on a plane according to the first region and generate a 3D mesh by morphing the height map with the grids of the plane. The plane and the height map are of the same size, a second region within the plane corresponds to the first region of the height map, and the grids inside the second region has a finer resolution than the grids outside the second region. The apparatus generates the 3D scene by mapping the image onto the 3D mesh.
