Abstract: The present invention is related to a portable apparatus for performing uni-directional convective qPCR or qRT-PCR in a mixing reagent containing a target nucleic acid and a fluorescence dye including denaturation, annealing and extension processes. The apparatus includes at least a temperature controlling unit which comprises at least one heat source and one temperature sensor, a circulation-enabling container, a light source, a photo-detector, a filter, a set of optical elements, and a processor.

Abstract: An electron microscope includes a charged particle beam generator, a detector, a film and a bearing unit. The charged particle beam generator generates a first charged particle beam to bomb an object. The detector detects a second charged particle from the object to form an image. The film disposes on downstream of charged particle beam generator and has a first surface and a second surface. A space between charged particle beam generator and the first surface of film is a vacuum environment. The bearing unit disposes at a side of second surface of film and has a bearing surface and a back surface. The object disposes on the bearing surface of the bearing unit and a distance between an analyzed surface of the object and the film is less than a predetermined spacing. A liquid space exists between the analyzed surface and the film to be filled a liquid.

Abstract: An apparatus and computer-implemented method for generating a three-dimensional scene and non-transitory tangible computer readable medium thereof are provided. The apparatus comprises a storage unit and a processing unit. The storage unit is stored with an image and a plurality of depth data of the image. The processing unit is configured to generate a depth histogram according to the depth data, generate a region of interest of the image according to the depth histogram, decide a moving path of a virtual camera according to the region of interest, and generate the three-dimensional scene according to the image and the moving path.

Abstract: An instant messaging message processing method is disclosed and includes: receiving, by a server, an instant messaging message, user account information of a destination user terminal, and user account information of a source user terminal from the source user terminal; determining, by the server, a risk level of the instant messaging message according to a preset rule and the user account information of the source user terminal; and if the risk level of the instant messaging message reaches a first risk level, transmitting, by the server when, the instant messaging message and preset pre-warning information to the destination user terminal according to the user account information of the destination user terminal, wherein the pre-warning information comprises security prompt information which is used for prompting a user of the destination user terminal to notice a security risk of the instant messaging message. An instant messaging message processing device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A device and method for tuning a ring resonator using self-heating stabilization is provided. A light source is controlled to produce an optical signal, input to an optical ring resonator, at a power where self-heating shifts a resonance wavelength of the optical ring resonator by at least 10 picometers, the self-heating comprising absorption in the optical ring resonator of optical power from a received optical signal. Prior to using the optical ring resonator at least one of modulate and filter the optical signal at the optical ring resonator, a heater of the optical ring resonator is controlled to an operating temperature at which the resonance wavelength of the optical ring resonator is greater than a respective wavelength of the optical signal.

Abstract: An anti-bedsore bed may comprise a bed unit, a first bed body, and a second bed body. The bed unit has a first mattress, and a bottom portion is coupled on a bottom surface thereof. Moreover, the bottom portion comprises six supporting units evenly arranged into three sets at positions corresponding to a user's upper, middle and lower back, and each of the supporting units has a sliding block moveably mounted on an upper surface of the bottom portion. Furthermore, each of the sliding blocks has a supporting rod, and an abutting unit is pivotally connected to an upper end of the supporting rod. The supporting rods are configured to move upwardly in a preset time interval, and the abutting units are adapted to uplift a user's body to detach from the first mattress for a designed time, thereby achieving the anti-bedsore effect.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an exercise guiding system including a sensing module, a calculating module, a converting module and an output module. The sensing module keeps recording an R-R interval of a user doing exercise. The computing module receives the R-R interval from the sensing module and performs heart rate variability analysis on the R-R interval to generate a first output. The converting module receives the first output from the calculating module, recognizes a threshold output of the first output according to a threshold and acquires an anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user according to the threshold output, wherein the anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user is a first heart rate corresponding to the threshold output in the R-R interval. The output module receives the anaerobic threshold from the converting module and outputs an exercise guidance of the user according to the anaerobic threshold.

The RSC is coupled to the fronthaul network and the RRH pool for allocating the RRH resources. The RSC comprises an orchestrator and a remote radio head (RRH) controller. The orchestrator is used for receiving a radio resource request from the at least one C-RAN and converting the radio resource request into a RRH specific command. The RRH controller is used for slicing the RRH resources to create virtual RRHs according to the radio resource request.
