  • Patent number: 9613397
Abstract: A display method and an electronic apparatus include a display unit with various kinds of different display modes, so that when the current display mode of the display unit is the first display mode, the first application in the electronic apparatus is initiated, and then the electronic apparatus detects the first parameter information of the first application, and then determines the correspondence relationship between the first parameter information and the display modes, determines the second display mode corresponding to the first parameter information, and adjusts the display unit from the first display mode displayed currently to the second display mode at last. Determining the display modes according to different applications running in the electronic apparatus increases the display effect of the electronic apparatus and reduces the power consumption of the display of the electronic apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7040857
Abstract: A preloaded spring assembly is provided in a recess in each shroud in axial opposition to an aft facing sealing surface of a turbine nozzle retaining ring. Each spring assembly includes a spring, preferably a bellows type spring, with a plate mounted on one side and a sealing surface on the side of the plate remote from the spring. The sealing surface may be an abradable coating or a honeycomb seal. The seal assembly is maintained preloaded by a wrap which upon reaching turbine operating temperature disintegrates, enabling the spring to load the sealing surface against the retaining ring surface to prevent or minimize air leakage from outside the nozzle retainer ring into the hot gas path.

  • Publication number: 20040037242
Abstract: A method of allocating an address to a mobile station operating in a wireless communication system is described in order to facilitate a communication link to a fixed communication system. The method is characterised by the steps of receiving (100) an address mapping inquiry from the fixed communication system; locating (102) a respective terminal identifier (58) of the mobile station in response to the supplied address mapping inquiry; and determining whether an address has been allocated for the mobile station. If an address has not been allocated to the mobile station, an address allocation request (112) is activated and an address corresponding to the respective terminal identifier (58) of the mobile station is allocated.

  • Patent number: 6643508
Abstract: A method of routing to a mobile station in a packet switched network arrangement. The method includes forming an initial packet switching route to a mobile station, extending the initial route to form an extended packet switching route, and forming a new packet switching route to replace the extended route dependent on a fall in level of quality of service parameter achieved over the extended route. The initial route is to a first cellular communications gateway and the extended and replacement routes are to a second cellular communications gateway. Also described is corresponding apparatus for routing. Also described is a storage medium storing processor implementable instructions and a signal carrying processor-implementable instructions.
