    Abstract: An electric power steering system and its brush motor are disclosed. The brush motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably mounted to the stator. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, a commutator and a rotor core fixed to the rotary shaft, and a rotor winding wound around the rotor core. The commutator includes a plurality of commutator segments. The rotor core includes a plurality of teeth. The rotor winding includes a plurality of winding elements. Adjacent teeth define therebetween wire slots for receiving the winding elements. The winding elements include a plurality of first winding elements and a plurality of second winding elements. The first winding elements are connected in series through the commutator segments. The second winding elements are connected in series through the commutator segments. The first winding elements and the second winding elements are received in different wire slots. Implementation of the present invention can improve the reliability of the product.

    Abstract: A brush for an electric motor has a brush body having a front end surface configured to make sliding electrical contact with a commutator of the motor. First and second side surfaces are connected to the front end surface. The first side surface and the second side surface are positioned on opposite sides of the brush body in a rotational direction of the commutator. The front end surface has a first contact surface and a second contact surface that contact the commutator earlier than other regions of the front end surface, and are respectively positioned on diametrically opposed corners of the front end surface. In an initial state, the width of the contact area between the brush and the commutator is increased to extend the commutation time.

    Abstract: A fan and a motor drive device thereof are provided. The motor drive device is configured to drive a motor and includes a control management unit and a voltage converter. The control management unit classifies target rotation speed signals provided by an ECU into multiple rotation speed ranges, each corresponding to a specific output duty ratio. The control management unit receives a target rotation speed signal transmitted from the ECU in a real-time manner, and output a voltage regulating signal, which is a pulse width modulation signal having a duty ratio corresponding to one of the rotation speed ranges in which the target rotation speed signal transmitted from the ECU falls. The voltage converter is connected between a power source and the motor, and is configured to regulate a voltage outputted to the motor in response to the voltage regulating signal having the specific duty ratio outputted from the control management unit, to regulate a rotation speed of the motor.

The follower wheel is connected with the planetary gear mechanism. The isolation member has a first spacer fixed to the driving wheel via the motor, a second spacer fixed to the follower wheel, and a buffering element disposed between the second spacer and the outer housing. The second spacer is disposed above and assembled to the first spacer. The isolation member defines the center-to-center distance between the driving wheel and the follower wheel, and absorbs vibrations from the motor and the planetary gear mechanism.

    Abstract: A vehicle window lift control system includes a window lift motor, a motor drive/control module, an inverter, a rotor position sensing unit, and an anti-pinch module. The window lift motor is a brushless direct current motor. The anti-pinch module detennines whether or not the vehicle window is in an anti-pinch area based on position feedback signals generated by a rotor position sensing unit that is inherently included in the brushless direct current motor. When the vehicle window is in the anti-pinch area, an obstacle judgment unit is initiated. When there is an obstacle, an anti-pinch instruction unit sends an anti-pinch instruction to the motor drive/control module, and the motor drive/control module drives the inverter according to the anti-pinch instruction to make the motor rotate reversely. The present vehicle window lift control system has the advantages of small size, low failure rate and low cost.

After receiving a locking request, the third lock server allocates lock permission information according to the locking request.

The distance between the radially outer surface and the inner wall gradually decreases from a center to opposite circumferential sides. The maximum distance between the radially outer surface and the inner wall is greater than the diameter of the lock element, and the minimum distance is less than the diameter of the lock element.
