Abstract: A propulsion assembly for a rotorcraft includes a mast including a distal ridge and a proximal ridge forming a retaining pocket therebetween, a raceway receivable by the retaining pocket to form a press fit between the mast and the raceway and a mast bearing assembly including a plurality of bearings facing the mast to engage the raceway. The distal and proximal ridges are operable to reduce axial motion of the raceway along the mast, thereby securing the raceway in the retaining pocket.

Abstract: A method for analyzing a structure includes processing nondestructive inspection (NDI) data for a multi-layer structure to define areas of inconsistency at an internal layer or an interface between adjacent layers. The method includes mapping the areas of inconsistency to finite elements of a finite element model of a nominal of the structure. These finite elements are thereby identified as affected finite elements and include finite elements for the affected internal layer or interface. The method includes producing a reconstructed finite element model of the affected structure from the nominal finite element model, and a modified property or state value assigned to respective element datasets of the affected finite elements. The method includes performing a finite element method (FEM) failure analysis of the reconstructed finite element model under a load, which indicates an extent of residual integrity of the affected structure.

An access door is disposed at a second end of the base opposite the first end. The access door includes a first side and a second side. Abstract: Location-aware fitness monitoring program products, systems, and methods, and applications thereof, are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method for providing information about an athletic activity includes the steps of displaying to a user via a computer performance parameter information regarding an individual's performance during the athletic activity as a function of time, and displaying to the user via the computer the title of a music track that was played for the individual by a portable fitness monitoring device during the athletic activity, wherein the display of the title of the music track occurs in response to the user specifying via the computer a particular point in time during the athletic activity.

In some examples, an application, such as an email processing application, may display email summaries associated with emails within an email summary view of the email application interface. A selected email associated with a selected email summary may be displayed in an email view. The email processing application may identify one or more attachments within the emails. Attachment summaries associated with the one or more attachments may be displayed within an attachment summary view of the email application interface.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for regenerating a deNOX catalyst comprising contacting the catalyst with steam at a temperature in the range of from 250 to 390° C. The invention further provides a method of reducing the amount of nitrogen oxide components in a process gas stream comprising: a) contacting the process gas with a deNOX catalyst which results in the conversion of nitrogen oxide components as well as a decline in the NOX conversion over the deNOX catalyst; and b) regenerating the deNOX catalyst to improve the NOX conversion by contacting the deNOX catalyst with steam at a temperature in the range of from 250 to 390° C.

Abstract: A dual rotor propulsion system for a tiltrotor aircraft having VTOL and forward flight modes. The dual rotor propulsion system includes an engine operable to provide an input torque to a transmission that, responsive thereto, generates an output torque. A first output shaft is coupled to the transmission and is operable to receive a first portion of the output torque. A first rotor assembly is coupled to and rotatable with the first output shaft. A second output shaft is coupled to the transmission and is operable to receive a second portion of the output torque. A second rotor assembly is coupled to and rotatable with the second output shaft. In operation, the first and second rotor assemblies rotate coaxially, the first rotor assembly is a different diameter than the second rotor assembly and the first rotor assembly is stoppable and foldable in the forward flight mode.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software disclosed herein facilitate draft reminders. In at least one implementation, a primary view of an information management application is rendered. In various scenarios the primary view may include primary items, such as emails, events, tasks, or other types of items. When a reminder view is invoked, draft items are identified to include in the reminder view. The reminder view is then rendered in an overlaid manner with respect to the primary view and includes the draft items.

Abstract: A holder accessory for a handlebar of a shopping cart is provided that includes a platform and two securing members that are attachable around and aligned with a horizontal cart push bar portion and a cart transverse portion of the shopping cart handlebar. The transverse securing member provides cantilevered support for the platform, while the push bar securing member is angularly offset from and generally oriented perpendicularly from the push bar securing member to provide support against lateral forces. A stem extends from the underside of the platform to the transverse securing member to hold the platform at a suitable angle for use. Optionally, but preferably, the platform includes a lower ledge upon which a mobile phone, paper, or pen may be rested and an upper retention member to temporarily hold or fasten paper to the platform.

The unstructured text may include text of a post or message generated by the user on a social-networking system. A score may be generated based on the unstructured text to determine whether the text includes a request for recommendation using a machine-learning model based on comparison of the unstructured text to the one or more predetermined words associated with requests for recommendation.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes accessing a post of an online social network, extracting keywords from the content of the first post and the metadata associated with the first post, determining topics associated with each extracted keyword, calculating a topic-score based on a relevance of the topic to the post for each topic, generating a suggested keyword query corresponding to the post, the suggested keyword query comprising extracted keywords corresponding to each topic having a topic-score greater than a threshold topic-score, and sending the post and the suggested keyword query to a client device of a first user for display.

Abstract: Location-aware fitness monitoring program products, systems, and methods, and applications thereof, are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method for providing feedback to an athlete via a portable fitness monitoring device includes the steps of calculating a plurality of speed points from a plurality of time-stamped position points, calculating an output speed based on at least some of the plurality of speed points, determining that the output speed is outside of a predetermined speed range, receiving acceleration data from an accelerometer, determining that a recent speed change has occurred based on the acceleration data, providing feedback to the athlete via the portable fitness monitoring device, wherein the feedback is provided in response to the determination that the output speed is outside of the predetermined speed range, and in response to the determination that the recent speed change has occurred.

The optical witness includes a stress sensitive fluorescent dye that shows changes in local strain/stress patterns when the repair is subjected to electromagnetic energy of a particular wavelength. The dyes fluoresce more or less strongly as a function of the local stress/strain.

Abstract: A test stand, for testing several parameters of power tongs used to make and break drill and casing pipe segments, includes a base having a vertical, rotating shaft bearing along its length one or more disk brakes for stopping rotation of the shaft induced by tongs. In a particular embodiment, a vertical mast on the base supports a rotatable gantry which can lift and move power tongs into place above the test stand. Sensors detect several parameters which determine tong performance. Measurements of torque, RPM, temperature, pressure and speed are contrasted to standards for power tongs of like size and capacity and feedback as to the tongs' ability to make and break drill and pipe joints is provided. In another embodiment, a derrick sits atop the base and supports a second, inverted test stand for testing integrated power tongs.

Abstract: The present teachings provide a system and method for producing a cylindrical foam article. The method can include coupling a first end of an outlet adaptor to a die, and coupling the die to a die housing of an extruder. The method can also include coupling a substantially cylindrical die outlet to a second end of the outlet adaptor, and substantially continuously extruding a polymer through the outlet adaptor into the die outlet to create the cylindrical foam article with a natural skin formed about a perimeter of the cylindrical foam article.
