  • Patent number: 12230334
Abstract: Dynamic program caching reduces latency of a program operation on multi-level cell (MLC) memory having at least three pages and programmable with multiple threshold voltage levels, such as a Triple Level Cell (TLC) NAND. A controller determines that the program operation can be initiated without loading all pages into the memory. In response, the NAND loads a first page and then executes portions of the program operation in parallel, at least in part, with loading subsequent pages. The NAND behavior is modified to monitor data loading completion times, to copy pages from a cache register to a data register as needed, and to resume program operation if a shutdown occurs. The portions of the program operation include a program prologue operation and a pulse verify loop for the first voltage level (L1) of the MLC memory.

  • Patent number: 12229504
Abstract: A computer system performs live natural language processing (NLP) on data sources that are complex, remotely stored, and/or large, while satisfying restrictive time constraints. The computer system divides the NLP process into a batch NLP process and a live NLP process. The batch NLP process operates asynchronously over the relevant data set, which may be complex, remotely stored, and/or large, to summarize information into a summarized NLP data model. When the live NLP process is initiated, live NLP process receives as input the relevant information from the summarized NLP data model, possibly along with other data. The prior generation of the summarized NLP data model by the batch NLP process enables the live NLP process to perform NLP within time constraints that could not have been satisfied if the batch NLP process had not pre-processed the data set to produce the summarized NLP data model.

  • Publication number: 20250053515
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices supporting techniques for pre-fetching information using pattern detection are described. Some memory systems may support pre-fetching information, such as logical-to-physical (L2P) mapping tables, data, or both, if a sequential pattern of read commands is detected. In some examples, the memory system may store a list of logical addresses indicated by received read commands and may determine whether the list corresponds to a sequential pattern independent of intervening write-alike commands. The list may store previous logical addresses for read commands, allowing the memory system to determine whether subsequent read commands form a sequential pattern. Additionally or alternatively, the memory system may track a ratio of hibernate commands to other commands (e.g., sequential read commands) and may refrain from pre-fetching L2P mapping tables for a detected sequence if the tracked ratio satisfies (e.g., exceeds) a threshold ratio.
