  • Publication number: 20210374735
Abstract: A cryptographic scheme associated with a transaction service is received at a first computer system. Subsequent to receiving the cryptographic schema, the first computer system performs a configuration process for a transaction to be performed with the transaction service. The configuration process includes receiving a request for transaction configuration information from a client device. The request includes a cryptographic token generated by a second computer system the transaction service. The first computer system determines whether to grant the request based on analyzing the cryptographic token according to the cryptographic schema. Based on the determining, the first computer system sends transaction configuration information. The configuration process is performed by first computer system independent of communication between the second computer system and the first computer system.

  • Patent number: 11188923
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to real-time knowledge-based widget prioritization and display. A computing platform may detect, via a computing device, a voice-based interaction between an enterprise agent and a customer. Then, the computing platform may cause, via the computing device, the voice-based interaction to be captured as audio data. The computing platform may then transform the audio data to textual data. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify, in the textual data, a customer query. Then, the computing platform may retrieve, in real-time and based on the voice-based interaction and from a repository of widgets, a first widget, where the first widget includes information at least partially responsive to the customer query. Then, the computing platform may display, to the enterprise agent and via a graphical user interface in use by the enterprise agent, the first widget.

  • Publication number: 20210342907
Abstract: A method for processing disputes in a multi-tenant architecture system includes receiving, at a first service provider, a dispute request from a second service provider that manages entity identities of a plurality of customers. The dispute request indicates a disputed transaction between a customer of the plurality of customers and another entity. The method includes accessing an identity manager to determine a customer representation, the identity manager previously onboarded the plurality of customers as a plurality of customer representations. The identity manager is hosted by the first service provider that manages customer representations corresponding to entity identities of the customers. The dispute request is propagated with the customer representation to a dispute management engine that determines an outcome for the dispute, the determination based on characteristics of the disputed transaction and on characteristics of the customer.

  • Patent number: 11161524
Abstract: Disclosed is a vehicle acceleration compensation system, including an accelerator pedal, throttle, and a transmission configured to shift between two or more fixed gears, wherein each gear relates the motor power to a vehicle torque. The system also includes a control unit configured to receive data from one or more sensors. The control unit includes a real-time throttle map relating the accelerator pedal position to the throttle position, such that a given accelerator pedal position directs a corresponding target throttle position, and a real-time shift map relating a desired transmission gear to a current transmission gear, current vehicle speed, and current throttle position, such that a given vehicle speed, given throttle position, and given transmission gear directs a corresponding target transmission gear. In response to sensor data, the control unit updates the throttle map and shift map such that the vehicle torque is altered to produce a desired acceleration value.
