  • Publication number: 20090021548
Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus, a maintenance method and an inkjet printing system which are capable of precisely calculating the amount of satellites or ink mist generated and replacing a collecting mechanism at most appropriate time. The inkjet printing apparatus has a wind-powered collecting mechanism collecting generated sub-droplets such as satellites or ink mist, and head temperature sensors for obtaining temperature information of the print head. The CPU calculates the amount of sub-droplets generated on the basis of printing conditions including the detected temperature information of the print head. The CPU determines whether the replacement of the wind-powered collecting mechanism is necessary on the basis of the calculated amount of sub-droplets generated.

  • Publication number: 20080297552
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an ink jet printing apparatus that inhibits the temperature of a print head from increasing excessively while preventing significant density or hue unevenness from occurring in images, without the need for a complicated structure or complicated control. Thus, the present invention detects temperature of the print head, and sets number of scans in which the print head is to stand by until start of scanning and a standby time for each of the set number of scans by the print head, on the basis of the detected temperature.

  • Patent number: 7335578
Abstract: A semiconductor wafer (W) where circuits are formed in the area divided by streets is split into semiconductor chips having individual circuits. By interposing an adhesive sheet, whose adhesive force is lowered by stimulation, between the semiconductor wafer (W) and the support plate (13), the front side of the semiconductor wafer (W) is adhered to the support plate (13), thereby exposing the rear face (10) of the semiconductor wafer (W). The rear face (10) of the semiconductor wafer (W) with the support plate (13) is ground. After the grinding is finished, the semiconductor wafer (W) held with the rear face (10) up is diced into semiconductor chips (C). The adhesive sheet is given stimulus to lower the adhesive force and the semiconductor chips (C) are removed from the support plate (13). The semiconductor wafer and semiconductor chips are always supported by the support plate, avoiding damage and deformation.

  • Publication number: 20080026113
Abstract: A packaged tea beverage contains from 0.06 to 0.5 wt % of non-polymer catechins and an artificial sweetener. The content weight ratio (A)/(B) of (A) non-epicatechins to (B) epicatechins is from 0.54 to 9.0. This beverage is a highly clear packaged tea beverage, which contains catechins at a high concentration, makes the deterioration of catechins suppressed, is suited for long-term drinking, hardly changes in external appearance even during storage at a high temperature, and allows catechins to remain stable over a long term even when filled and stored in a clear package.

  • Publication number: 20070279444
Abstract: An ink jet printing apparatus is provided that can realize a stable ejection volume with the minimum change in a voltage value supplied in a scanning. To realize this, when a detected temperature of a print head is included in a first range, a pulse width control is performed while a voltage being fixed to a first voltage. When a detected temperature is included in a second range, a pulse width control is performed while a voltage being fixed to a second voltage. In the pulse width control based on the two voltages, a temperature partially overlapped region is provided between the first range and the second range. By this, even when a print head has an increased temperature during a print scanning, an ejection volume can be controlled, in the print scanning, while minimizing the switching of a driving voltage.

  • Patent number: 7185828
Abstract: A supplying unit supplies energy to an actuator so that the supplied energy is kept therein, making displacement the actuator. An interrupting unit interrupts the supply of energy to cause the actuator to discharge the kept energy, making displacement the actuator. A converting unit is adapted to convert the displacement of the actuator corresponding to the kept energy into hydraulic pressure applied to the valve member, moving the valve member to open the low pressure port and close the high pressure port. The convert unit converts the displacement of the actuator corresponding to the discharged energy into hydraulic pressure applied to the valve member, moving the valve member to open the high pressure port and close the low pressure port. Energy which the actuator requires to move the valve member so as to close the high pressure port is larger than energy which the actuator requires to move the valve member so as to open the low pressure port.
