  • Publication number: 20100077787
Abstract: An heat pump drying machine has a normal dry mode (e.g., compression ratio is equal to or greater than 3) for operating a compressor at a predetermined dry operation frequency and an energy saving dry mode (e.g., compression ratio is equal to or greater than 2.3 and is less than 3) for operating the compressor at an energy saving operation frequency that is lower than the dry operation frequency. A control device is provided to control an operation frequency of the compressor 5 so that the two dry operation modes are switched to each other. • Patent number: 7587634
Abstract: A network fault diagnostic device is configured in the following manner. A causal relation table stores causal relations between faults and events, and a monitor event selector refers to the causal relation table to extract a minimum event required for identifying a fault, and sets the event as a monitor event. The acquisition-event selector selects events from the causal relation table based on latest fault candidates, and sets priorities of the events selected, in the order of efficiently identifying faults. The event acquiring unit requests events in the order of the priorities set, and the event receiving unit receives each event in response to the respective requests. The fault determining unit narrows down the candidates of the fault based on the events received one by one.

  • Publication number: 20080294598
Abstract: An application makes a processor issue a first file access command to a middleware in order to access a file. In response to the first file access command, the middleware makes the processor periodically determine whether file access operation having a higher priority level than file access operation involved with the first file access command is being performed and, in the case where an affirmative determination is made, issue a second file access command corresponding to the first file access command within redundant bandwidth obtained by subtracting guaranteed bandwidth of the high-priority file access from the maximum bandwidth available for accessing the file storage.
