An optical PSA composition comprising an acrylic polymer is provided. The PSA composition comprises at least one species of compound A selected among surfactants and compounds having polyoxyalkylene backbones. The monomers forming the acrylic polymer comprises less than 20 wt % alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and less than 20 wt % alkoxypolyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate.     Abstract: Provided is a novel piezoelectric element that has a generally long linear shape and has excellent flexibility and bend resistance. The piezoelectric element includes a core wire which is a resin wire having at least one layer of metal foil helically wound therearound, an organic piezoelectric layer that coats the core wire, and a conductor layer that coats the organic piezoelectric layer. The metal foil and the conductor layer each function as an electrode having the organic piezoelectric layer interposed therebetween. The at least one layer of metal foil is helically wound around the resin wire with gaps, and the ratio of the gap to the helical pitch of the metal foil is 0.4% to 50%.

The via cavity is deeper than the trench and the via cavity extends into an upper portion of the substrate. The sacrificial material layers are replaced with electrically conductive layers using the trench as a conduit for an etchant and a reactant. A trench fill structure is formed in the trench, and a via structure assembly is formed in the via cavity using simultaneous deposition of material portions. A bonding pad may be formed on the bottom surface of the via structure assembly.
