Patent number: 9965597Abstract: Methods and systems for drug discovery collaboration provide collaborative drug discovery electronic workplaces simultaneously accessible by multiple user computing devices. In certain embodiments, a server computer running a server side application communicates with multiple user computing devices. The server side application communicates with electronic databases that define the parameters of each electronic workplace. Each workplace includes an indication of one or more items, such as compounds, and data pertaining to such items, such as computational and experimental data. Updates to a workplace made by one user may be saved to the workplace definition and propagated and displayed to other users. New items of interest may be added to a workplace. A new item added to a workplace may also be saved to the database and registered with the system for use by other users and in connection with other workplaces.Type: GrantFiled: April 29, 2015Date of Patent: May 8, 2018Assignee: Schrödinger, Inc.Inventors: Scott Becker, Brian Schoolman, William C. Publication number: 20160303617Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for treating the surface of a microelectronic substrate, and in particular, relate to an apparatus and method for scanning the microelectronic substrate through a cryogenic fluid mixture used to treat an exposed surface of the microelectronic substrate. The fluid mixture may be expanded through a nozzle to form an aerosol spray or gas cluster jet (GCJ) spray may impinge the microelectronic substrate and remove particles from the microelectronic substrate's surface. In one embodiment, the fluid mixture may be maintained to prevent liquid formation within the fluid mixture prior to passing the fluid mixture through the nozzle. The fluid mixture may include nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, xenon, krypton, carbon dioxide, or any combination thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 29, 2016Publication date: October 20, 2016Inventors: Chimaobi W. Publication number: 20160259895Abstract: System and Method for Real Time Updates of Progress of Medical Procedures. This invention enables several users of a provider such as doctors and nurses to send one-way real time messages about the progress of a procedure to multiple recipients. As sessions are identified by a random key, users are not required to divulge personal information or set up accounts to access the system. When new messages are posted to a session, users may optionally choose to be notified by text messages or emails. Messages are selected from templates that are specific to the provider. Messages may be sent from and received on multiple network connected computers, laptops, mobile ort medical devices at the same time.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 8, 2015Publication date: September 8, 2016Inventors: Patrick Austermann, Samuel Scott Becker

Publication number: 20160096210Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for treating the surface of a microelectronic substrate, using a cryogenic fluid mixture used to treat an exposed surface of the microelectronic substrate. The fluid mixture may be expanded through a nozzle to form an aerosol spray or gas cluster jet (GCJ) spray may impinge the microelectronic substrate and remove particles from the microelectronic substrate's surface. The fluid mixture may include nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, xenon, krypton, carbon dioxide, or any combination thereof. The incoming fluid mixture may be maintained pressure greater than atmospheric pressure and at a temperature greater than the condensation temperature of the fluid mixture. The fluid mixture may be expanded into the treatment chamber to form an aerosol or gas cluster spray. In this embodiment, the nozzle may be positioned within 50 mm of the microelectronic substrate during the treatment, more preferably within 10 mm of the microelectronic substrate.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2015Publication date: April 7, 2016Inventors: Jeffery W. Patent number: 8890475Abstract: An apparatus for charging batteries of an electric or hybrid vehicle includes a station. The station is located at a parking lot of a business. The station is preferably connected to a telephone line, CAT 5 or other cable, Internet or Wi-Fi to accommodate communication. A computer is connected to a remote server to receive updated vehicle charging parameters. A pivoting docking boom on the station cooperatively engages with a vehicle-charging boom located on the vehicle. Electrical contact pins on the vehicle-charging boom mate with sockets on the docking boom. A centerline pin grounds the vehicle to the station. The electrical contact pins permit up to three-phase charging capability and transmission of desired data. The station monitors the charging of the batteries and reports any problems. The station performs vehicle and payment confirmation without the driver exiting the vehicle. An alternate embodiment includes the station at a residence or garage.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 2011Date of Patent: November 18, 2014Inventor: Gilbert Scott Becker

Publication number: 20080120588Abstract: A high-level logic description is developed based on a non-primitive-based standard cell library. The logic description is synthesized into a netlist that includes references to the non-primitive-based standard cell library. A logic function for each standard cell in the netlist is determined and mapped into a set of primitive logic cells to create a primitive constructed version of each referenced standard cell. The set of primitive logic cells is defined for integration within a base array. The primitive constructed version of each referenced standard cell is included within a primitive-based cell library. The primitive-based cell library is used to place and route the netlist for the logic design for integration within the base array. The logic design is then integrated within the base array.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 29, 2008Publication date: May 22, 2008Inventor: Scott Becker

Publication number: 20050156642Abstract: An invention is provided for a feed forward circuit that reduces delay through an inverting circuit. The feed forward circuit includes an inverter having an input and an output, and an inverting circuit having an input and an output. The input of the inverting circuit is coupled to the output of the inverter. A feed forward transistor having a gate coupled to the input of the inverter and a terminal coupled to the output of the inverting circuit also is included. In operation the feed forward transistor decreases the amount of time required for the output of the inverting circuit to change state. In sum, the invention reduces the delay when the inverting circuit transitions to a high state, without affecting the timing of the transition to a low state.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 16, 2004Publication date: July 21, 2005Applicant: Artisan Components, Inc.Inventors: Scott Becker, Brian Reed, Puneet Sawhney, Jayanth Thyamagundlam
