  • Publication number: 20240028447
Abstract: Embodiments include in response to monitoring a processor during operation, detecting a first number of core recovery events in the processor, determining that the first number of core recovery events fulfills a first condition for the first core recovery events threshold, and modifying a value of at least one droop sensor parameter of the processor by a first amount. The at least one droop sensor parameters affects a sensitivity to a voltage droop. In response to modifying the value of the droop sensor parameter by the first amount, a second number of core recovery events is detected in the processor. It is determined that the second number of core recovery events fulfills a second condition for a second core recovery events threshold, and the value of the at least one droop sensor parameter is modified by a second amount.

  • Publication number: 20240026774
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an automated process of identifying shut-in parameters of a hydraulic fracturing operation from hydraulic fracturing treatment (HF) data. Also disclosed is a system and computer program product for automatically determining shut-in parameters from HF data. The HF data can be collected in real time during a HF from various sensors, equipment, or systems typically used in HFs or present at a well site. In one example, a method for automatically determining hydraulic fracturing parameters includes: (1) obtaining HF data, (2) determining a Rate Shut-In (RSI) time from the HF data, (3) determining a Well Shut-In (WSI) time using the RSI, and (4) calculating an Instantaneous Shut-In Pressure (ISIP) value based upon both the RSI and the WSI times, wherein determining the RSI time, the WSI time and calculating the ISIP value are automatically performed by one or more processors.

  • Publication number: 20240024030
Abstract: A surgical system for use in performing a surgical implant procedure on a biological subject. In a planning phase, a planning processing device acquires scan data indicative of a scan of an anatomical part of the subject and generates model data indicative of an anatomical part model and either a surgical guide model representing a surgical guide, an implant model representing the surgical implant or a tool model representing the surgical tool. A planning visualisation can then be displayed to a user so the user can manipulate the planning visualisation in to calculate a custom guide shape for the surgical guide and/or plan the surgical procedure. During a surgical phase, a surgical guide is used to assist aligning an implant with the anatomical part in use, while a procedure visualisation can be displayed to the user based on the model data.

  • Patent number: 11859968
Abstract: When extending the leader or tape from a traditional tape measure over a large distance, a user situated away from the body of the tape measure is unable to determine the length that has been extended at the leading edge. Presented herein is a retractable measuring device in which the body of the measuring device is configured to compute and broadcast the amount of tape that has been withdrawn from the body to a receiver. The receiver may be located at the leading edge of the tape or comprise a secondary device such as a smartphone. Alternatively, the broadcast may include tactile, audible, or visual feedback relating to the distance that may be received directly by the user. Additionally, the retractable device may include an interface for setting a desired length and provide either the user or receiver with feedback when the desired length has been reached.
