  • Publication number: 20260005912
Abstract: A relationship network graph is constructed, where nodes represent entities and edges represent interactions between the entities, and wherein at least some of the entities represent respective persons, teams, or organizations of people. A dependency strength is determined from the relationship network graph between a first service associated with a first entity and a second service associated with a second entity. A first alert associated with the first service is received. In response to the first alert, and based on the dependency strength meeting a predefined threshold, a second alert associated with the second service is paused for a predefined pause period. It is determined whether the first alert remains unresolved after expiration of the pause period. If the first alert remains unresolved, the second alert is resumed.

  • Patent number: 12487875
Abstract: In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method executed using one or more processors of an incident management system comprises receiving a notification of an incident associated with a computer system, and in response to receiving the notification: extracting an error message from the notification; reading a set of computer program code changes that have been implemented in the computer system; matching the error message to the set of computer program code changes and outputting a set of one or more candidate code changes that may correspond to the error message; based on the set of candidate code changes, generating an automatic remediation for the incident; and using the one or more processors of the incident management system, executing the automatic remediation on the computer system.

  • Patent number: 12438766
Abstract: Interaction data between entities responsible for services in an information technology environment are collected. The interaction data includes communications between the entities where at least some of the entities represent respective persons, teams, or organizations of people. A relationship network graph based is constructed on the interaction data. The nodes of the relationship network graph represent the entities and the edges of the relationship network graph represent interactions between the entities. Dependencies between the services are identified by traversing the relationship network graph.

  • Patent number: 12146665
Abstract: An ultrasonic filtration device may be incorporated into or otherwise installed in an extractor hood in a cooking environment. The ultrasonic filtration device aids in the elimination and/or reduction of contaminants in the air produced as a byproduct of cooking. Particulate contaminants are bombarded with high-energy pressure waves, thereby breaking up the particulates and reducing their size until they are no longer noticeable and/or hazardous to the user.

  • Patent number: 12068907
Abstract: Dependencies between services are determined based on the relationships between entities responsible for the services. The relationships are found based on past interactions between the entities. A relationship network graph having nodes representing entities and edges is built representing interactions between respective entities. The relationship network graph is analyzed to identify pairs of nodes having a relationship based on an evaluation between edge paths between the pairs of nodes compared to edge paths between other pairs of nodes. Associations are built between services owned by entities represented by the nodes of a pair of nodes identifying that nodes are dependent on one another.

  • Publication number: 20230120915
Abstract: A network monitoring system (100) implements a variety of shared services that aggregate knowledge acquired in connection with multiple client networks and securely leverage such knowledge in monitoring networks of individual clients or entities. The system (100) generally includes a client network (110), a security intelligence platform (SIP) (120), a shared services utility (130), and a browser platform (140) running an application (142). The client network (110) provides a data signal (150), for example, a stream of logs and other structured or unstructured data to the SIP (120) which monitors the client network (110) based on the signal (150) and provides dashboard network information, generates alarms, and provides reports and other processed data as outputs. Such monitoring leverages various shared services of platform (130) including curated content (136) that is sourced from client networks and verified by the system (100).
