Publication number: 20200174416Abstract: An image forming system includes a processing tray, a detecting unit, a stapling unit, a discharge tray, an instruction unit, and a control unit. Recording material, placed on the processing tray, is detected by the detecting unit. When instructed, the stapling unit can staple the detected recording material. Stapled recording material then is discharged to the discharge tray. The control unit controls switching between a first mode wherein a stapling process is executed and a second mode where the stapling unit executes the stapling process after the detecting unit detects recording material inserted into the processing tray and the execution instruction are received. If an instruction to interrupt a power supply of the image forming system is received in the second mode, the control unit causes recording material inserted into the processing tray to discharge to the discharge tray and then interrupts the power supply without the stapling process executing.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 19, 2019Publication date: June 4, 2020Inventors: Ryo Takaba, Seiji Yokoyama, Genki Takahashi

Publication number: 20200174439Abstract: A furniture product is designed as a rectangular parallelepiped space such that dimension of the space can be altered. Shape and size of a plurality of kinds of machining to be provided on a face of a part member face is registered in a machining master. Toolpath of controlling a tool of a machining machine is produced by CAM for each machining in advance. Machining selected from the machining master is registered on a face of a rectangular parallelepiped space of the part member. Upon receiving the data of rectangular parallelepiped space of the part member having altered dimension, the machining machine can apply the selected machining at a position after alteration of the dimension by controlling the tool in accordance with the toolpath.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2018Publication date: June 4, 2020Inventors: Kenichi NINOMIYA, Seiji YOKOYAMA, Shunichiro YUMIGETA

Publication number: 20200148497Abstract: An image forming system includes a detection unit to detect a recording material, having an image formed thereon by an image forming unit, placed on a processing tray, a staple unit, a discharge unit, and a discharge tray. A first mode of the system is to discharge the recording material conveyed from the image forming unit to the discharge tray via the processing tray and a second mode involves waiting for instruction for executing. When the detection unit detects the recording material inserted into the processing tray in the second mode, and a recording material first mode conveying instruction is issued in a state of waiting for the executing instruction after the recording material detection, a discharge operation is performed to discharge the recording material inserted into the processing tray to the discharge tray without the staple unit executing staple processing on the recording material inserted into the processing tray.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 7, 2019Publication date: May 14, 2020Inventor: Seiji Yokoyama
