  • Patent number: 8023687
Abstract: A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm and an edge having an inner periphery end portion thereof connected with an outer periphery of the diaphragm, in which an outer end portion of the edge is attached to a speaker frame. The diaphragm has a bent portion in the vicinity of a border at the inner periphery side of a connecting portion connecting the diaphragm with the edge. A reinforcing portion is formed on the bent portion in order to reinforce the bent portion. It is, therefore, possible to disperse or reduce various forces applied to the bent portion, and to prevent strength deterioration or damage of the diaphragm even when sound signals having large amplitude are applied to the loudspeaker. As a result, it is also possible to prevent deterioration of acoustic characteristics.

  • Patent number: 7848538
Abstract: A thread winding part or a reinforcing wire winding part is formed by winding a heat resistant fiber thread or a reinforcing wire around the voice coil bobbin in contact with both coil ends of the wire winding part or a coil end of the same on a magnetic-circuit side. A bent part bent outward is formed on the lower end of the voice coil bobbin on the magnetic circuit side. This prevents the wire winding part from shifting from its mounting position and from coming off to the lower side. In the resulting voice coil, the wire winding part hardly comes off the voice coil bobbin even if the wire binding of the wire winding part is loosened by Joule heat, speaker vibrations, etc.

  • Publication number: 20100245465
Abstract: A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a liquid ejecting head and a cleaning device. The liquid ejecting head has a nozzle formation surface and nozzles formed therethrough. The cleaning device applies a suction force to the inside of the liquid ejecting head through the nozzles to suck the liquid out of the liquid ejecting head for forcible discharging of the liquid. A liquid supplying apparatus includes a liquid supplying passage through which the liquid is supplied from a liquid supplying source at an upstream side, toward the liquid ejecting head at a downstream side. A pump is driven for suction and discharging operations. The pump includes a pump chamber and a displacement member. The displacement member is displaced between two or more positions that include a close position for closing an outlet port through which the liquid flows out of the pump chamber to the downstream side.

  • Patent number: 7687001
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to improve a speaker edge member manufacturing method in which a substrate is introduced into an edge member molding material by virtue of insertion molding, to prevent a trouble such as a crack on a parting line or the like, thus shortening a manufacturing time and thus reducing a manufacturing cost. The method comprises the steps of: attaching the substrate into the edge member molding die; introducing the edge member formation material into the edge member molding die before or after attaching the substrate into the edge member molding die; heating/pressurizing the substrate and the edge member formation material in the edge member molding die so as to obtain a molded edge member. At this time, the outer edge portion of the substrate is located in a position separated a predetermined distance from the dividing line of the die.

  • Patent number: 7458664
Abstract: A liquid ejection apparatus for accurately supplying a plurality of nozzle rows with liquid having an adjustable hydrodynamic flow pressure to eject the liquid. Black ink, cyan ink, magenta ink, and yellow ink are supplied to first to fourth valve units through first to fourth branch passages. Each ink is then supplied to nozzle rows of a recording head after the hydrodynamic flow pressure of the ink is adjusted. The hydrodynamic flow pressure of the ink supplied to each nozzle row is prevented from fluctuating. The liquid ejection apparatus accurately ejects ink from each nozzle row and improves the reliability of performing recording on a recording sheet.
