    Abstract: A mask structure, a semiconductor structure and methods for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing the mask structure includes: forming a pattern transfer layer, a first etching stop layer, a first sacrificial layer and a first hard mask layer sequentially stacked from bottom to top; patterning the first sacrificial layer and the first hard mask layer, to obtain a first sacrificial pattern, the first sacrificial pattern exposing the first etching stop layer; forming a first initial mask pattern on side walls of the first sacrificial pattern; removing the first sacrificial pattern; removing, based on the first initial mask pattern, a part of the first etching stop layer of which a top surface being exposed; removing the first initial mask pattern, and using the remaining part of the first etching stop layer on the upper surface of the pattern transfer layer as a first mask pattern.

So that through driving of the piston by the drive member, the piston is capable of rotating relative to the cylinder while reciprocating along a rotating axis of the piston.

    Abstract: The present application provides a biodegradable magnesium alloy without rare earth elements. The magnesium alloy comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: Zn 1.0-5.0%; Mn 0.1-1.0%; Ca 0.1-1.0%; Sr 0.1-1.0%; Sn 0.1-3.0%; Zr 0.1-0.8%; and Mg balance. The impurity in the magnesium alloy does not contain rare earth elements. The present application also provides a method for preparing the above biodegradable magnesium alloy and use in the preparation of medical devices. In the present application, Mg is used as the main components and mixed with a specific proportion of Zn, Ca and Mn to prepare the alloy. The biodegradable magnesium alloy of the present application has a controllable degradation rate and strong mechanical strength, and there are no harmful elements to a human body, and the degradation of the alloy in the human body will not affect human body.

The present disclosure replaces the conventional “GPS point guided path search logic” with a “path search guided GPS point matching logic”, solves the problem of endless loop in backtracking of the emerging algorithm, avoids the complicated and inefficient map data calling process in the conventional matching logic, and greatly improves the map matching efficiency.
