Abstract: A refrigerator having a basket lift apparatus comprises: a body having cooling chambers for storing food; a basket accommodated in the cooling chamber arranged at a lower portion of the body in a slidable manner back and forth; a basket lift apparatus installed at the basket, for lifting the basket when the basket is drawn out; and a break unit for locking the basket when the basket is lifted to the maximum and thereby preventing the basket from being descended. When the basket is lifted to the maximum, a driving motor is locked thereby to prevent the basket from being descended.

Abstract: A method for quantifying plant resource using a GIS is disclosed, in which it is possible to more efficiently quantify plant resources with less manpower, time and cost using a GIS when quantifying plant resources in a certain region. In the method, a sample group is extracted from mother groups having a plurality of distribution maps having a plurality of environment factors including IMI as attribute data, the IMI being obtained through a GIS preprocess. A relative model formula is obtained between a plant resource real measurement value of the sample group and an environment factor real measurement value and is related with the distribution map of the mother group, and the distribution maps are overlapped for thereby forming a plant resource estimation distribution map of the mother group.

Abstract: Provided are an organic semiconductor compound using thiazole, and an organic thin film transistor having an organic semiconductor layer formed of the organic semiconductor compound using thiazole. The novel organic semiconductor compound including thiazole has liquid crystallinity and excellent thermal stability, and thus is provided to form an organic semiconductor layer in the organic thin film transistor. To this end, a silicon oxide layer is formed on a silicon substrate, and an organic semiconductor layer including thiazole is formed on the silicon oxide layer. In addition, source and drain electrodes are formed on both edge portions of the organic semiconductor layer. The organic thin film transistor using the organic semiconductor layer has an improved on/off ratio and excellent thermal stability. Also, a solution process can be applied in its manufacture.

The beacon scheduling method of a router in a network system that includes at least one router, includes receiving a beacon signal from a parent node; calculating a difference between an address of the parent node and an address of the router; and setting the calculated difference to a beacon transmission offset of the router. Accordingly, all devices from the top to the bottom of the network can transmit their beacons without collisions, and thus the multi-hop tree structure can be established.

In the method, priority is assigned to a plurality of devices interconnected over the wireless network for securing wireless resources in accordance with application characteristics of a packet to be transmitted, and if the devices request communication, dividing at least one slot within a superframe into a plurality of minislots. Minislots are then allocated to the devices, respectively, according to the priority, and information about the allocated minislots is inserted into the synchronizing signal. The information is then broadcast, thereby allowing each of the devices with the allocated minislots to exclusively use the allocated minislot for data communication.
