  • Publication number: 20220359758
Abstract: Transistors with metal oxide channel material and a multi-composition gate dielectric. A surface of a metal oxide gate dielectric may be nitrided before deposition of a metal oxide channel material, for example to reduce gate capacitance of a TFT. Breakdown voltage and/or drive current of a TFT can be increased through the introduction of an additional metal oxide and/or nitride between the gate electrode and a metal oxide gate dielectric. The introduction of an intervening layer between two layers of a metal oxide gate dielectric can also increase breakdown voltage and/or drive current of a TFT.

  • Publication number: 20210397903
Abstract: The proposed system tracks user and entity behavior under 3 categories—time, count, and pattern. An event is composed of different fields that describe the event. For example, a log on event could have different fields like username, hostname, log on time, log on type, etc. An event is passed through one or more algorithms, depending on what kind of behavioral information needs to be tracked from the event. For example, a user logon event can be processed under the time category to detect whether the user is logging on at an anomalous time. It can also be processed under the pattern category to detect whether the user is logging on a host that does not fit into the user's regular log on pattern. The decision as to which events are to be processed under which category can be configured external to the system using domain knowledge.

  • Publication number: 20210326235
Abstract: A method and system for time series forecasting are described. Forecasting a time series, though uncertain, has a potential to improve decision-making. It gives a picture of what can probably be expected. A live time series typically has trend and seasonality as its innate characteristic features, randomness being obvious in real-time. Described embodiments address complexity in configuring zero-configuration workflow forecasting methods at production scale. Described embodiments address complexity in configurating domain independent forecasting methods at production scale.

  • Patent number: 11062237
Abstract: A method and a system for maximizing share-ride bookings in a geographical area in a ride-sharing system are provided. Historical share-ride demands for the geographical area are estimated. A time period is segmented into time intervals such that each time interval has an equal count of the estimated historical share-ride demands. A conversion rate and a gross merchandise value (GMV) per unit of distance are determined for a first time interval at a check point of a second time interval. Error signals are generated at the check point based on deviations in the conversion rate and the GMV per unit of distance with respect to a defined conversion rate and a defined GMV per unit of distance, respectively. A share-ride fare in the second time interval is controlled based on the error signals to maximize the share-ride bookings during the second time interval.
