  • Publication number: 20250145848
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods of using a coating solution such as an aromatic copolyester thermoset (ACT) to improve the wear, galling, and corrosion resistances of downhole tools and their sub-components. Aromatic copolyester thermoset may be reinforced with filler material. Further, the aromatic copolyester thermoset reinforced with filler material may be used in a borehole as a composite hollow profile, for example. In some examples, the systems may comprise a substrate for downhole applications coated with an aromatic thermosetting copolyester mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

  • Publication number: 20250122794
Abstract: Systems and methods are described using a trained ML model to monitor, detect failure within, and schedule a remediation procedure (RP) for an operating ESP within a well. ESP status data including a time series comprising ESP input variables representing ESP state are collected from a sensor. Using fuzzy logic, the ESP status data is cleaned to remove abnormal data and used to generate fuzzy logic-based labels, each representing an ESP condition associated with ESP state. The fuzzy logic-based labels are segregated into processed labels used to populate each ML model feature. A selected, trained ML model with improved accuracy for ESP monitoring, failure detection, and RP scheduling for the ESP (based on specific ML model, well, and ESP), accepts the ML model features as input. An ESP failure alert is generated by the ML model based on the ESP status data. The RP is scheduled before ESP catastrophic failure.

  • Patent number: 12276533
Abstract: HIC-resistant materials may include sensors embedded within or otherwise coupled thereto for use in a hydrogen service environment. In an example, a diagnostic system includes a first sensor embedded within a structural metal for exposure to hydrogen for generating a signal response to both the hydrogen and one or more parameter. A second sensor is embedded within the structural metal for generating another signal response to the one or more parameter. A hydrogen-suppressing layer is provided to suppress any response of the second sensor to the hydrogen. A controller in communication with the first and second sensors distinguishes the signal response of the first sensor from the signal response of the second sensor to characterize the hydrogen and the one or more other parameter.

  • Patent number: 12278747
Abstract: A system obtains a graph representing a set of resources of a distributed system. At least one node of the graph represents a resource-metric pair. The system further obtains time series data that indicates anomalies from the system. Then, the system determines a root cause anomaly that caused other anomalies based at least in part on the graph and the time series data.

  • Publication number: 20250071042
Abstract: Some implementations described herein relate to a system for generating identifiers. The system receives, from a device, a request to generate a plurality of identifiers. The system determines, based on receiving the request and by performing a parameter locking operation, a compute region parameter associated and a timestamp parameter. The system generates, based on the compute region parameter and the timestamp parameter, a set of one or more identifiers of the plurality of identifiers. Respective portions of each identifier, of the set of one or more identifiers, may indicate the compute region parameter, a version parameter associated with the parameter locking operation, the timestamp parameter, a counter value parameter, and an action parameter. The system processes, using a scrambling technique, the set of one or more identifiers and provides the set of one or more identifiers to the device.
