    Abstract: A projection system includes a projection device, a light sensor, a control unit, and an arithmetic unit. The projection device is configured to project an image beam toward a projection surface. The light sensor is configured to sense at least one of a background beam and the image beam reflected by the projection surface and obtaining chromaticity information. The control unit is electrically connected to the projection device, and configured to control the image beam projected by the projection device. The arithmetic unit is electrically connected to the control unit and the light sensor. The arithmetic unit is configured to generate an adjustment signal according to the chromaticity information. The control unit is configured to adjust a color temperature, a brightness, and a color gamut of the image beam according to the adjustment signal. A calibration method of the projection system is also proposed.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device includes a number of operations. A light-emitting element is formed. A simulation of a metasurface is performed. The metasurface is formed based on the simulation of the metasurface. The metasurface is disposed on a light-emitting side of the light-emitting element. Performing the simulation of the metasurface includes establishing a metasurface model of the metasurface, in which the metasurface model has a plurality of unit cells, and phase compensation values of the unit cells are periodically distributed with a supercell period length in a deflection direction. The phase compensation values of the unit cell are adjusted and the light source is set to simulate the multiple transmittances of the metasurface model under different phase compensation values. The phase compensation values at a peak value of transmittance are selected as process parameters of the metasurface.

The second light beam enters the light combiner from the third surface, is totally reflected on the first surface of the light combiner, and is transmitted to the second surface to emit light. The method includes the following steps. Sensor data for detecting obstacle positions is obtained from a sensor associated with an electronic device. A plurality of coordinates respectively corresponding to the obstacle positions are generated based on the sensor data. Boundary line information of a space surrounding the electronic device is updated according to the coordinates until an optimization condition is met for each boundary line. A spatial range of the space surrounding the electronic device is identified based on the boundary line information. The spatial range is used to guide a movement of the electronic device.

    Abstract: An electrode structure is disclosed. The electrode structure consists of a seed layer, an electrode layer formed on the seed layer and a cover layer formed on the electrode layer. This electrode structure is for application in the manufacture of a quantum dots electroluminescent device, so as to act as an anode electrode or a cathode electrode of the QD electroluminescent device. Experimental data have revealed that, there is no transmittance imbalance occurring in the QD electroluminescent device using the particularly-designed electrode structure. The digital light processing chip drives the digital micromirror device according to the second image signal. The projection system and the projection method of the invention may realize a variable frame rate function and effectively improve smoothness of a projection image.
