  • Patent number: 7612516
Abstract: This invention discloses a method and system for measuring a CNC machine. The system comprises a platform, a driving module, a set of optical scales, and a detection module. The platform is driven by the driving module. In addition, the driving module further comprises a set of encoders. As the driving module drives the platform to move to a position by a first displacement, the encoders indicate the first displacement. The optical scales indicate a second displacement by which the platform is driven by the driving module. The detection module detects the difference between the first displacement and the second displacement.

  • Patent number: 7550681
Abstract: This invention discloses a method and apparatus for measuring the weight of a CNC workpiece. As the weight of the workpiece on a loading platform increases, the loading of a driving module which drives the loading platform in constant speed increases accordingly. On the contrary, as the weight of the workpiece on the loading platform decreases, the loading of the driving module which drives the loading platform in constant speed also decreases. This invention determines the weight of the workpiece on the loading platform by measuring the electrical signal which drives the driving module and utilizing a calibration curve data in a preconfigured database.

  • Patent number: 7381017
Abstract: A detecting and suppressing control method for milling tool chatter. Milling parameters are defined. A milling device is initiated using the milling parameters. Milling signals are extracted using a sensor installed on the milling device. It is determined whether chatter relating to the milling device occurs, comprising determining whether the milling signals are high frequency signals, and, if the milling signals are high frequency signals, determining whether signal points generated based on the milling signals are located in a stable area derived using a sliding function. When the signal points are located in the stable area, the milling signals are stable milling signals. When the signal points are located outside the stable area, rotational rates of a spindle of the milling device are adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20080088805
Abstract: A light integration rod is suitable for an optical projection apparatus to uniform the light beam provided by a light source of the optical projection apparatus. The light integration rod has an optical axis and includes a first integration portion. The first integration portion has a light incident cross-section perpendicular to the optical axis and located adjacent to the light source. The space enclosed by the first integration portion is composed of a prism-like space and at least an oblique-pyramid-like space protruded from the first integration portion and the cross-sections of the oblique-pyramid-like space perpendicular to the optical axis are gradually shrunk in the direction from the light incident cross-section to away from the light incident cross-section. In this way, the light integration rod has higher light-collecting efficiency and optical efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20070264431
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for forming a film. The apparatus comprises a fluid auto-injecting mechanism, a tension control mechanism, and a scraper with a height. The fluid auto-injecting mechanism injects a viscous fluid material on a substrate and controls the injection quantity of the fluid material wherein the fluid material is capable of filtering out volatile organic compounds and the substrate has a shape and experiences a tension. The tension control mechanism controls the tension of the substrate to prevent from shape deformation. The scraper uniformly scraps the fluid material wherein the height of the scraper is adjustable.

  • Publication number: 20070158956
Abstract: A pressurized handle set includes a latch member, a sliding slot and a door set. The door set includes a door, a door frame, a pliable pad and a bolt. The bolt couples the door and door frame and provides a turning means. The pliable pad is interposed between the door and door frame. The latch member and the sliding slot are located on respectively on the door and door frame. The latch member includes an axle, a bracing arm and a stub shaft. The bracing arm may turn about the axle along a swivel path. The stub shaft is located on one end of the bracing arm. When the bracing arm is swiveled along the swivel path and slid in a distal end of the sliding slot, the pliable pad is compressed to generate an elastic force. The sliding slot thus structured can gradually increase the elastic force then gradually decrease the elastic force.
