Abstract: A suction hose stop valve of a water bag comprised a holder having a central passage, a swivel cap and a suction hose penetrating through the central passage; a retaining member each on both sides of the central hole; a locking bolt each in front and rear of the holder, a hole in the swivel cap to admit penetration of the suction hose for delivery the water, a press tag on each side of the hole in the swivel cap; a locking trough at lower edge of the press tag to engage the retaining member to bend the suction hose to prevent delivery of water.

Abstract: A cover structure for a water bag inlet comprises: a base, a locking for mounting at the outer periphery of the base, and a cover for mounting on the base. An extension and a locking rim are respectively provided at two ends of the base. A groove is formed at the periphery of the base and is provided with locking blocks at an appropriate position. The locking ring is provided with locking sockets for combining with the locking blocks, and an opening at a pre-determined position of the inner rim of the locking ring, while a fastener is provided at respective ends and can be mounted with a cap, which has a switch at one end surface. Accordingly, the cover can be firmly combined with the base or freely detached to alter its assembly.

Abstract: A bite valve manufactured from a soft and flexible material includes a joining section, a liquid outlet section, and at least a pair of columns at an inner wall approaching the liquid outlet section to retain the bite valve and to prevent an inner channel of the bite valve from being closed, and an extension tube projecting from an outer periphery of the liquid outlet section and being capable of bending backward to accommodate around the outer periphery of the liquid outlet section. Wherein, the joining section is for joining with a liquid guide tube of a liquid container.

Abstract: The invention discloses a non-sewn adhesive tape and the manufacture thereof. An upper mold is disposed correspondingly to a lower mold such that a space for injection will form between the upper and lower molds. After injection, one end surface of the space for injection will form pluralities of guide grooves and ribs with through holes at their side edge, while the other end surface will form an adhesive tape with pluralities of cross-directional hooks. The surface of the upper mold block has pluralities of guide grooves and ribs arranged in sequence, while the lower mold block is composed of pluralities of first moldboards with hooks and second moldboards provided with pluralities of recessions and extrusions.

Abstract: An outfall valve structure of great water volume comprises a base and a hollow pipe. The base is integrally formed with a coupler and a cylinder, while the interiors of the coupler and the cylinder are communicable with each other. In addition, the cylinder is provided with an opening at one end surface, and a plug on the interior of the other end surface. A locking ring is provided at an appropriate position on the interior sidewall of the cylinder. Thereby, the hollow pipe is adapted to the communicable coupler and cylinder, and forms a large-sized outlet to ease the user to drink the liquid contained in the water bag.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a soft nozzle having a preferred open status includes fastening on the first mold post a threaded cover and at least a pair of combinative blocks; and disposing said first mold post along with the second mold post into the cave of a mother mold, such that an appropriate distance would exist between the tops of the first mold post and the second mold post. Therefore, when a soft plastic material is injected into the sprue of the mother mold and formed a pattern, the threaded cover would integrally combined with the combinative blocks to form a nozzle, the front of which will integrally formed with a binding cover, while the center of the nozzle would be cut to form at least one outlet crevice.

Abstract: An outfall valve structure conforming to ergonomics is primarily composed of a casing, which is moveably connected with a hollow pipe. The casing is in the form of a short pipe, the exterior wall thereof is provided with a coupler with an opening provided on the bottom such that the casing would become a tee; whereas the interior wall thereof is provided with a circle of hollow flow path along the position where the opening is. The hollow pipe is provided with a hook at one end of its pipe wall, and with a coupler at the other end. A barrier edge and an opening are provided between the hood and the coupler, such that the hollow pipe can be inserted into the casing with the end having a hook, thereby the casing can slidably move on the hollow pipe without detaching from the hollow pipe since it is stopped by the barrier edge and the hook.

Abstract: An easy-locking buckle structure is composed of a male buckle element and a female buckle element having a smaller area than that of the male buckle element. A post extends downwardly from the bottom of one end of the male buckle element for engagement with a socket with a cylinder, while an upwardly raising holding tab is provided at the other end of the male buckle element. A conical recess with a through hole is provided in the center of the female buckle element. Said conical recess is provided with slots at its sides for connecting with a socket. Holes are pre-punched on the articles to be applied with the buckle such that the post of the male buckle element can pass through and engage with the socket, while the connecting pins of the female buckle element pass through the punched holes on the article such that the conical recess with the hole can aim at and pass through the punched hole on the article before the socket under the article is locked with the female buckle element.

Abstract: A nozzle and the method for manufacturing thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: 1. forming a base with a closure and a supporting frame with two corresponding shafts on the top thereof via extruded hard plastic; 2. inserting a central mold into the supporting frame such that the shafts on the top of the supporting frame may be slightly outward; 3. secondly applying extruded plastic on the top of the supporting frame to form a mouthpiece; and 4. thirdly applying extruded plastic on the bottom of the supporting frame to accomplish a nozzle with excellent touch feeling and firm structure. By way of the above steps, the nozzle according to the present invention presents a soft touch feeling and would not easily fall off of the conduit of the water bag due to the sucking of the user.

Abstract: An instantly-released joint for water conduits comprises a first connector in hollow form with one end coupled to a water conduit, and the other end extruding to form a connecting rod having two locking elements on the top; a second connector in hollow form with one end coupled to a water conduit, and the other end provided with locking holes on the surface, while the inner wall of the second connector without locking holes is provided with grooves extended through outside of the second connector; and a pillar plug having a close end and a free end can operate as a valve. The locking elements of the first connector slide along the grooves of the second connector and are engaged in the locking holes after being turned at a certain angle, such that the two water conduits can be coupled with each other to become a thorough conduit. When turning back the joint at a certain angle, the water conduit assembly would be instantly released.

In addition, the user may draw the zipper smoothly by simply pulling the decorative tab.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a super-thin advertising and decorative zipper tab, comprising the following steps: 1) casting the first mold with one end of a soft string disposed therein; 2) providing a sprue on the first mold at a position under the soft string before closing the first mold and injecting plastic to conjunct the soft string within the first molding blank; and 3) placing the molding blank into a second mold such that a sprue is provided at a position above the soft string before closing the second mold and injecting plastic to conjunct half of the second molding blank with the soft string, in order to manufacture a super-thin advertising and decorative tab.

Abstract: A hard and soft plastic integral nozzle structure includes a built-in supporting frame member which is made of hard plastic, and at least having a left and a right clipping rod. A soft nozzle is formed integrally by inrection to wrap the the left and right clipping rods with a soft plastic. A taper board and a peripheral groove are provided in the center of the nozzle. The elasticity of the two clipping rods of the supporting frame made of hard plastic material brings an excellent anti-leaking effect for the water outlet crevice(s) at the center of the nozzle, as well as a fully open status thereof.

Abstract: A hard and soft plastic integral nozzle structure includes a built-in supporting frame member which is made of hard plastic, and at least having a left and a right clipping rod. A soft nozzle is formed integrally by inrection to wrap the the left and right clipping rods with a soft plastic. A taper board and a peripheral groove are provded in the center of the nozzle. The elasticity of the two clipping rods of the supporting frame made of hard plastic material brings an excellent anti-leaking effect for the water outlet crevice(s) at the center of the nozzles as well as a fully open status thereof.

Abstract: A water outlet valve structure for a water bag mouthpiece, which includes a mouthpiece, a threaded base disposed on one end of said mouthpiece, a blocking member disposed at one end of said threaded base, and a sleeve base disposed at one end of said blocking member; wherein said blocking member having a push bottom on one side, such that the sleeve base can displace when operating the push bottom from the outside in order to control the water releasing and water stopping functions. By means of the above structure, the user can easily use the mouthpiece to drink water from the water bag, and the mouthpiece can be fixed onto the water outlet valve more securely.
