    Abstract: A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a front rotor including a front rotor surface, an intermediate wall portion including a first wall surface opposed to the front rotor surface in an axial direction, and a vane that is inserted into a vane groove formed in the intermediate wall portion and is moved in the axial direction with rotation of the front rotor. The vane includes a first vane end that is an end in the axial direction and contacts the front rotor surface. The first vane end is curved so as to be convex toward the front rotor surface and extends in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The front rotor surface includes a front curving surface curved in the axial direction so as to be displaced in the axial direction in accordance with its angular position.

The ECU switches the mode between the full control mode in which writing and reading are allowed for the register group in the CAN controller and the restriction mode wherein writing and reading are restricted for a part of the registers in the register group. The ECU sets a predetermined period from activation corresponding to the full control mode, and switches the full control mode to the restriction mode after the predetermined period elapses. After switching to the restriction mode, the ECU will not switch the mode to the full control mode.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a very stable, cyclized mutant protein such that high cyclization efficiency is achieved while the number of amino acids added is minimal and the biological properties of an original protein are maintained. In view of conformational information about the original protein, secondary structure-free regions at N/C terminal portions are deleted. Then, a protein database is screened for proteins with secondary structures similar to those of N/C terminal residues of a secondary structure-forming portion after the deletion. The screening results are used to determine the amino acid length of a loop structure through which the N-terminus and the C-terminus of the secondary structure-forming portion of the original protein are to be connected. A cyclized mutant protein is finally produced having a loop structure with the determined amino acid length.
