  • Patent number: 7805643
Abstract: A cut-off circuit cuts off supply of a power supply voltage from a voltage supply circuit to a non-volatile memory block. A discharge circuit discharges an electric charge accumulated in stability capacitance. In a data retention test of the memory block, a self test circuit instructs the cut-off circuit to start operation after writing predetermined data into the memory block, and instructs the cut-off circuit to stop the operation to check retention of the predetermined data in the memory block in a predetermined time after the instruction to the cut-off circuit to start the operation. Further, in the data retention test of the memory block, the self test circuit instructs the discharge circuit to start operation along with the instruction to the cut-off circuit to start the operation, and instructs the discharge circuit to stop the operation along with the instruction to the cut-off circuit to stop the operation.

  • Publication number: 20100177153
Abstract: A stage apparatus that achieves a high accuracy in assembling and enables easy work at a real installation site. In a stage apparatus of the present invention, sub rails are arranged on respective sub base plates, which are connected respectively with the first and second main rails on a main base plate to extend the first and second main rails. Accordingly, when the sub base plates are fixed to the main base plate 11 with positional alignment performed therebetween, the accuracy in positional alignment of the sub base plates which has already been fixed to the main base plate is not affected.

  • Publication number: 20100163703
Abstract: A stage apparatus enables easy position alignment at a real installation site. Mounts 25 having sub base plates 21 arranged thereon are provided on carriages 25 and thereby constitute sub mounting tables 20a to 20d; and the mounts 25 are fixed to a main mounting table 10 having a main base plate 11. The positions of main base plate 11 and sub base plates 21 are aligned with each other by adjustment mechanisms 30 provided on the sub mounting tables 20a to 20d. As main positioning members 16 and sub positioning members 241, 242 are arranged on the main mounting table 10 and sub mounting tables 20a to 20d, separation can be performed so that a state of position alignment is restorable. Accordingly, position alignment is easy when assembling after transportation.

  • Publication number: 20100146762
Abstract: An assembling method that is high in assembly accuracy and easily performed at the actual installation site is provided. In this method, the sub base plates on the sub mounting tables are aligned with respect to a main base plate on a main mounting table at a temporary installation site, and the state thereof is maintained. Then, the main mounting table and the sub mounting tables are separated from each other to be transferred to the actual installation site, and the positioning state is restored at the actual installation site. Since a positional alignment can be performed at the temporary installation site, the work required at the actual installation site can be reduced. Furthermore, since a fine adjustment can be performed at the actual installation site, the accuracy in the positional alignment can be improved.

  • Patent number: 7722764
Abstract: A gradient pump apparatus which is capable of continuously and precisely feeding, to a chromatograph, eluents at intervals of certain time and at a constant flow rate in units of nano-liter per minute while the composition of two or more eluent components is changed. The gradient pump apparatus includes a 10-port valve for switching an eluent mixing pipe, in which a feed pressure of eluents changes with time, to be connected to a first loop which is supplied with another eluent from an isocratic pump that should function to hold an eluent feed pressure constant, and which is connected to an analytic section, or to a second loop through which the eluents are drained. A controller computes a difference between a value of the pressure in the eluent mixing pipe and a value of the eluent feed pressure applied from the isocratic pump when the eluent mixing pipe is connected to the second loop.

  • Patent number: 7462817
Abstract: The invention intends to determine a presence ratio between mixed compounds which are difficult to separate from each other by a separation unit and cannot be discriminated by MS. In a mass spectrometer with an MSn analysis function for ionizing a sample eluted from a separation unit for separating the sample into individual components, fragmenting an ion of a desired mass number, and performing a mass analysis of fragment ions, the mass spectrometer includes a database storing correlation information between an isomer presence ratio and a particular ion intensity ratio in a mass spectrum per isomer. An isomer ratio can be clarified even for a mixed sample of isomers, such as enantiomers, which are difficult to separate from each other by the separation unit and cannot be discriminated by MS.
