Abstract: A nitride semiconductor device includes a transistor having a channel region in a gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer. The transistor includes: a gate insulating film provided above the gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer; an intermediate layer arranged between the gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer and the gate insulating film, having a band gap smaller than that of the gate insulating film, and having a band offset with the gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer; a gate electrode provided on the gate insulating film; a first conductivity type source region provided in the gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer; and a source electrode provided on the gallium nitride-based semiconductor layer and being in contact with the source region. The intermediate layer is arranged at a position opposed to the gate electrode through the gate insulating film and avoids a source contact region in which the source electrode is in contact with the source region.

The first spool and second spool are inserted in the spool hole so as to reciprocate.

Abstract: A fluid passage structure includes a housing and first wall portions. The housing includes an outer surface located at an end of a first direction and two passages separated from each other provided inside. Each of two passages includes at least one fluid chamber, openings that open to the outer surface, and branch paths that is coupled to the fluid chamber. The fluid chambers of the two passages are arranged alternately in the first direction. The branch paths include at least one of: branch paths that couple at least one of the openings with one fluid chamber; and branch paths that couple one fluid chamber with another fluid chamber. The first wall portions are provided in the housing, face the fluid chamber, and are arranged in the first direction via the fluid chamber.
Abstract: A transfer device includes an intermediate transfer belt configured to bear a toner image and rotate, a transferor configured to contact the intermediate transfer belt via a recording medium and form a transfer nip, a guide configured to guide the recording medium conveyed to the transfer nip, and a pressure reducing device. The intermediate transfer belt is shaped as an endless belt. The pressure reducing device is configured to reduce pressure-contact force of the transferor against the intermediate transfer belt as the recording medium advances in the transfer nip. Therefore, a trailing end of the recording medium does not move toward the intermediate transfer belt when the trailing end of the recording medium has passed the guide.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a connecting member including a semiconductor material, a first electrode film, a first insulating film, a stacked body and three or more semiconductor pillars. The stacked body includes second electrode films and second insulating films that alternately stacked. The semiconductor pillars are arrayed along two or more directions, extend in a stacking direction, pierce through the stacked body and the first insulating film, and are connected to the connecting member. The device includes a third insulating film provided between the semiconductor pillars and the stacked body and between the connecting member and the first electrode film. A charge storage layer is provided at least between one of the second electrode films and the third insulating film.
Abstract: To provide a sealing material sheet for a solar-cell module that has high productivity, and can also suppress unevenness in thickness at the time of integration as a solar-cell module. There is provided a sealing material sheet 1 in which there are two inflection point temperatures that are temperatures only around which a change rate of the linear expansion coefficient locally increases, a first inflection point temperature at a low temperature side of two inflection point temperatures is within a range of 55° C. to 70° C., and a second inflection point at a high temperature side of the inflection point temperatures is within a range of 80° C. to 95° C.
Abstract: To provide a sealing material sheet for a solar-cell module that has high productivity without performing crosslinking processing, and has a high tensile shear adhesion force at normal temperature at a high level in addition to heat resistance and molding characteristics. A sealing material sheet is a multi-layer sheet using a polyethylene-based resin as a base resin, a core layer 11 has a density of 0.880 g/cm3 to 0.930 g/cm3 and a melting point of 70° C. or higher, a skin layer 12 has a density of 0.880 g/cm3 to 0.900 g/cm3 and a melting point of 90° C. or lower and contains a silane-modified polyethylene-based resin, a weight average molecular weight of the silane-modified polyethylene-based resin contained in the skin layer 12 in terms of polystyrene is 70000 to 120000, and a polymerized silane amount of the skin layer 12 in the whole resin component is 300 ppm to 2000 ppm.

The vibrator includes an annular vibrating plate and an annular piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element includes an annular lead-free piezoelectric ceramic piece, a common electrode arranged on one surface of the piezoelectric ceramic piece, and a plurality of electrodes arranged on the other surface of the piezoelectric ceramic piece. The plurality of electrodes include two drive phase electrodes, one or more non-drive phase electrodes, and one or more detection phase electrodes. A second surface of the vibrating plate includes a plurality of groove regions extending radially, and the depths of the groove regions change in a circumferential direction along a curve obtained by superimposing one or more sine waves on one another. The ultrasonic motor exhibits a sufficient drive speed while suppressing generation of an unnecessary vibration wave.
