Abstract: A data transmission method, apparatus, and system are provided that relate to the communications field and that reduce core network bandwidth resources occupied by data transmission. The method includes receiving, by a first base station, a request message sent by a first device, where the request message carries identification information of requested data and identification information of the first device, and the first device includes a user equipment or a second base station; retrieving, by the first base station, in stored data according to the identification information of the requested data; and when matched data is retrieved, sending, by the first base station, the matched data to the first device according to the identification information of the first device, where the matched data refers to data that matches the identification information of the requested data.

Abstract: In a communication system, a service centralization and continuity application server (SCC AS): receives a first SIP message for establishing an IMS centralized service session; receives early session media information; and sends a second SIP message carrying the early session media information to a media gateway control device. The early session media information is carried in the second SIP message in a form of regular session media information, thus the media gateway control device uses an existing circuit switched bearer to transmit early session media to a first user equipment. The existing circuit switched bearer is established under control of the media gateway control device for a session between the first user equipment and a third user equipment. Abstract: The present invention provides an eUICC management method, an eUICC, an SM platform, and a system. The method includes: acquiring, by an eUICC, capability information of a terminal in which the eUICC is embedded; and sending, by the eUICC, the capability information of the terminal to an SM platform, so that the SM platform manages a profile on the eUICC or generates a profile or manages the eUICC according to the capability information of the terminal. Capability information of a terminal in which the eUICC is embedded is reported to an SM platform, so that processing such as generation or management of a configuration file can match the capability information of the terminal, which improves processing accuracy.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for obtaining a destination IP address and are related to the field of communications technologies, for improving a data sending success rate in a network. The method includes: receiving a request sent by a terminal device, obtaining a destination IP address from a network-side device according to the request, and sending the destination IP address to the terminal device. The method and the apparatus for obtaining a destination IP address provided by the embodiments of the present invention are applied in an M2M technology.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a security control method for an eUICC, including: verifying, by an embedded integrated circuit card eUICC, whether a subscription manager-secure routing SM-SR entity is authorized to manage the eUICC; and if yes, establishing, by the eUICC, a secure transmission channel with the SM-SR entity, where the secure transmission channel is used for management interaction of the eUICC. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose an eUICC. Security of the eUICC can be ensured by using the present invention.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for controlling network access of a machine terminal. In the embodiments of the present invention, an authorized period and/or a forbidden period of a time-controlled subscription is generated according to information such as network service load historical data of a network and application information of the time-controlled subscription. Network access of the machine terminal is controlled according to the authorized period and/or the forbidden period. Because the network access time of the machine terminal can be controlled flexibly, the communication of the machine terminal can be controlled flexibly, and impacts of machine terminal communication on ordinary terminal communication can be reduced.

Therefore, adding the media stream on the UE3 is realized, and the user may realize the multimedia session with the peer end through multiple UEs, thereby avoiding the inconvenience that the media stream can only be added to the two parties in the session and living up to the users' diversified requirements on the multimedia services.
