    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for triggering communication between a group of MTC devices and an MTC server, and an MTC device. The method includes: receiving an MTC request message sent by a machine type communications MTC server, where the MTC request message carries a group ID of the group of MTC devices and a communication notification message for the group of MTC devices; obtaining area information of the group of MTC devices; and sending the area information, the group ID of the group of MTC devices, and the communication notification message for the group of MTC devices to a cell broadcast center CBC, so that the CBC sends a broadcast message to a device in an area, where the broadcast message includes the group ID of the group of MTC devices and the communication notification message for the group of MTC devices.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for service control in which a service centralization and continuity application server (SCC AS): receives a first SIP message for establishing an IMS centralized service session; receives early session media information; and sends a second SIP message carrying the early session media information to a media gateway control device. The early session media information is carried in the second SIP message in a form of regular session media information, thus the media gateway control device uses an existing circuit switched bearer to transmit early session media to a first user equipment. The existing circuit switched bearer is established under control of the media gateway control device for a session between the first user equipment and a third user equipment. The SCC AS receives an off-hook signal from the second user equipment, and sends the regular session media information to the media gateway control device.

    Abstract: A method, user equipment and application server for adding media stream of multimedia session. A UE1 establishes a multimedia session with a UE2, receives a media stream adding request directed at the multimedia session of the UE 1; the media stream adding request includes an identity of a UE3 and the media type of the media flow requested to be added; the UE3 is controlled to establish a media stream of the media type with the UE2. Therefore, adding the media stream on the UE3 is realized, and the user may realize the multimedia session with the peer end through multiple UEs, thereby avoiding the inconvenience that the media stream can only be added to the two parties in the session and living up to the users' diversified requirements on the multimedia services.

After entering a measurement mode, the terminal device measures and calculates measurements required for the antenna space correlation measurement, and sends a measurement result to the test instrument. With the technical solutions of the present invention, when a UE is to set up an IMS session, a USSD transaction is set up between the UE and the CS network; I1 protocol messages exchanged between the UE and the Service Centralization and Continuity (SCC) Application Server (AS) (SCC-AS) are sent reliably by using the USSD transaction, which facilitates reliable control over IMS services.

In the technical solution under the present invention, the UE in the CS network partially releases the radio resources after initiating the call hold operation, and therefore, the UE in the CS network can play local media files to the peer device after the call is held, thus saving network resources and improving the user experience.
