Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for triggering communication between a group of MTC devices and an MTC server, and an MTC device. The method includes: receiving an MTC request message sent by a machine type communications MTC server, where the MTC request message carries a group ID of the group of MTC devices and a communication notification message for the group of MTC devices; obtaining area information of the group of MTC devices; and sending the area information, the group ID of the group of MTC devices, and the communication notification message for the group of MTC devices to a cell broadcast center CBC, so that the CBC sends a broadcast message to a device in an area, where the broadcast message includes the group ID of the group of MTC devices and the communication notification message for the group of MTC devices.

Abstract: A multimedia session call control method and an Application Server (AS). The multimedia session call control method includes these steps: a multi-UE party performs a multimedia session with a peer under control of an AS; a master UE of the multi-UE party establishes a session with a third party under control of the AS; and the AS binds a call leg between a slave UE of the multi-UE party and the AS to the session established with the third party.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for service control in which a service centralization and continuity application server (SCC AS): receives a first SIP message for establishing an IMS centralized service session; receives early session media information; and sends a second SIP message carrying the early session media information to a media gateway control device. The early session media information is carried in the second SIP message in a form of regular session media information, thus the media gateway control device uses an existing circuit switched bearer to transmit early session media to a first user equipment. The existing circuit switched bearer is established under control of the media gateway control device for a session between the first user equipment and a third user equipment. The SCC AS receives an off-hook signal from the second user equipment, and sends the regular session media information to the media gateway control device.

Abstract: A method, user equipment and application server for adding media stream of multimedia session. A UE1 establishes a multimedia session with a UE2, receives a media stream adding request directed at the multimedia session of the UE 1; the media stream adding request includes an identity of a UE3 and the media type of the media flow requested to be added; the UE3 is controlled to establish a media stream of the media type with the UE2. Therefore, adding the media stream on the UE3 is realized, and the user may realize the multimedia session with the peer end through multiple UEs, thereby avoiding the inconvenience that the media stream can only be added to the two parties in the session and living up to the users' diversified requirements on the multimedia services.

Abstract: A multimedia session call control method and an Application Server (AS) are provided. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for measuring an antenna space correlation, and a terminal device. The method includes: measuring and acquiring, by a terminal device when it is in measurement mode, measurements related to antenna space correlation measurement, and sending the acquired measurements related to the antenna space correlation measurement to a test instrument. After entering a measurement mode, the terminal device measures and calculates measurements required for the antenna space correlation measurement, and sends a measurement result to the test instrument. An antenna space correlation result of the terminal device can be calculated by using a parameter displayed on the test instrument, thereby providing a basis for an antenna engineer and a hardware design engineer to optimize antenna design.

Abstract: In the field of mobile communications, embodiments of the present invention disclose a service control method and apparatus. A user equipment has established a circuit switched bearer, and the user equipment initiates a session with a third party. The method includes: receiving, by a service centralization and continuity application server SCC AS, early session media information and sending the early session media information to a circuit switched network in a form of regular session media, so that the circuit switched bearer is used for an early session; and receiving, by the SCC AS, an off-hook signal of the third party and sending regular session media information of the third party to the circuit switched network, so that the circuit switched bearer is used for a regular session.

Abstract: A method, equipment, and a mobile communication system for realizing explicit call transfer are provided. The method for realizing explicit call transfer includes the following steps. A service centralization & continuity application server (SCC AS) receives a call request sent by a second user equipment (UE), and sends the call request to a third UE, in which an instruction for replacing a call between a first UE and the third UE is carried in the call request. A message returned by the third UE according to the call request is received, and the third UE is controlled to establish a connection with the second UE and to break a connection with the first UE. The third UE is an IP multimedia subsystem centralized service user equipment (ICS UE).

Abstract: In the embodiments of the invention, a user equipment sends an I1 Invite message to a service centralization and continuity application server. The I1 Invite message includes a service control switching request indication and a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) dialog identifier of an Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) session. The service centralization and continuity application server searches for the IMS session according to the SIP dialog identifier, and sends a message indicating that a service control is switched to the user equipment.

The method includes: sending a Session Initiation Protocol Invite message to a user equipment through a Gm interface; if receiving a response message returned by the user equipment, where the response message indicates that the user equipment chooses to use a circuit switched bearer and use an I1 interface for control, sending an I1 Invite message to the user equipment through the I1 interface, where I1 Invite message carries information indicating that Gm interface control falls back to the I1 interface control and information used to associate the Session Initiation Protocol Invite message.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for resource management, and a low-bandwidth user equipment. The method for resource management includes: determining, according to a system downlink transmission bandwidth or according to a system downlink transmission bandwidth and a maximum downlink transmission bandwidth of a low-bandwidth user equipment, a downlink transmission resource configured by a cell for the low-bandwidth user equipment. The method and apparatus for resource management proposed in the present invention are intended to solve a problem that a low-bandwidth user equipment accesses a broadband system, and enable, through resource management, a low-bandwidth user equipment and a common user equipment to coexist on a same frequency band without causing a waste of a dedicated frequency band resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a session processing method, device, and communication system. The session processing method includes: when a first User Equipment (UE) is to set up an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) session with a second UE, triggering setup of an unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) transaction between a Circuit Switched (CS) network and the first UE; and sending, by using the USSD transaction, an I1 protocol message used to bear IMS session control signaling. With the technical solutions of the present invention, when a UE is to set up an IMS session, a USSD transaction is set up between the UE and the CS network; I1 protocol messages exchanged between the UE and the Service Centralization and Continuity (SCC) Application Server (AS) (SCC-AS) are sent reliably by using the USSD transaction, which facilitates reliable control over IMS services.

Abstract: A method and a device for holding calls between networks are disclosed herein. The method includes: receiving a call hold request sent by a UE in a CS network, where the call hold request carries an indication that the UE in the CS network will continue sending media streams; and instructing a peer device to keep receiving the media streams from the UE in the CS network and stop sending the media streams. In the technical solution under the present invention, the UE in the CS network partially releases the radio resources after initiating the call hold operation, and therefore, the UE in the CS network can play local media files to the peer device after the call is held, thus saving network resources and improving the user experience.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for a single card dual standby user equipment to camp on a network and a user equipment, so as to reduce power consumption of a user equipment. The method in the embodiment of the present invention includes: when a circuit switched domain CS domain of a UE camps on a second-generation mobile communications technology 2G/third-generation mobile communications technology 3G network and a packet switched domain PS domain camps on a long term evolution LTE network, executing, by the UE, a routing area update process of the PS domain of the 2G/3G network if the UE meets a preset first condition, so as to make the PS domain of the UE camp on the 2G/3G network; and after the PS domain of the UE camps on the 2G/3G network, turning off an LTE radio frequency unit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for obtaining a destination IP address and are related to the field of communications technologies, for improving a data sending success rate in a network. The method includes: receiving a request sent by a terminal device, obtaining a destination IP address from a network-side device according to the request, and sending the destination IP address to the terminal device. The method and the apparatus for obtaining a destination IP address provided by the embodiments of the present invention are applied in an M2M technology.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobility management method, a serving GPRS support node (SGSN) or a mobility management entity (MME), and a terminal. Setting or dynamically modifying the mobility management frequency of a particular terminal among numerous terminals is enabled. The technical solution of the present invention includes: obtaining subscription data of a terminal, where the subscription data carries periodic update setting information; obtaining a periodic update interval of the terminal according to the periodic update setting information; sending the periodic update interval to the terminal; and setting a value that is a longer than the periodic update interval of the terminal as a mobile reachable interval for monitoring the periodic update of the terminal.

Abstract: A method for changing ICS session media includes: receiving a media type change request including a new media type sent from a terminal equipment or a MSC, releasing a CS call leg based on an original media type between an ICCF and the terminal equipment, establishing a CS call leg based on the new media type between the ICCF and the terminal equipment, and updating a media type of a second call leg between the ICCF and a second party into the new media type; or, receiving a media type change request including a new media type sent from a second party, updating a media type of a second call leg between an ICCF and the second party into the new media type, releasing a CS call leg based on an original media type between the ICCF and a terminal equipment, and establishing a CS call leg based on the new media type between the ICCF and the terminal equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for location management of a group-based machine type communication MTC device. The method includes: receiving a location update message sent by a mobility management network element, where the location update message includes a device identity and/or a group identity of a first MTC device; acquiring the group identity of the first MTC device according to the location update message, and updating subscription data of all MTC devices in a group corresponding to the group identity; and sending subscription data of the group to the mobility management network element, where the group subscription data includes the group identity and/or a device identity list of all the MTC devices in the group. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a corresponding device.

Abstract: In the field of communications, a session transfer method and a User Equipment (UE) are provided, so as to solve the problem that when a UE is involved in a voice session and a video session at the same time, session transfer cannot be performed. The technical solution according to the present invention includes: determining a session in an active state among a video session and a voice session; and initiating transfer of the session in the active state, so that a network side transfers the session in the active state to a Circuit Switched (CS) domain, and transfers a session in an inactive state among the video session and the voice session. The session transfer method and the UE may be applied in a radio communication network.
