The at least one signal line transmits the high-frequency signal and includes a first signal line. The at least one overvoltage protection component is connected to the first signal line and includes a first overvoltage protection component. The at least one impedance component is connected in series with the first overvoltage protection component between the first signal line and a ground. The at least one impedance component achieves both reduction of current wraparound via the ground due to a high-frequency component of an electrostatic noise applied to the communication device and reduction of a current flowing through the first overvoltage protection component due to a low-frequency component of the electrostatic noise.

A negative pressure difference between the ink storage unit and the discharging unit is 70-120 mmAq before discharge of the ink, 30-80 mmAq during the discharging, and the former is equal to or greater than the latter.
