    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method, device and computer program product for managing data placement. In the method for managing data placement, in response to receiving a backup request for backing up raw data, the raw data is stored in a first storage system so as to form a raw copy. Metadata corresponding to the raw data is obtained, the metadata comprising abstract information of the raw data. The metadata is stored in a blockchain system in a second storage system so as to form a metadata copy, the first storage system and the second storage system being independent storage systems provided by a first vendor and a second vendor respectively. The raw data is managed by using the raw copy and the metadata copy. In the present disclosure, the raw copy and the metadata copy are stored to different storage systems, so that it may be judged whether a copy has been tampered with, and further higher security may be provided.

    Abstract: A linker peptide for constructing a fusion protein. The linker peptide comprises a flexible peptide and a rigid peptide. The flexible peptide consists of one or more flexible units. The rigid peptide consists of one or more rigid units. The flexible unit comprises two or more amino acid residues selected from Gly, Ser, Ala, and Thr. The rigid unit comprises a human chorionic gonadotropin ?-subunit carboxy-terminal peptide (CTP) bearing a plurality of glycosylation sites. The linker peptide can more effectively eliminate mutual steric hindrance of two fusion molecules, decreasing a reduction/loss of polymerization or activity resulting from improper folding of an active protein or a conformational change. On the other hand, the negatively charged, highly sialylated CTP can resist renal clearance, further prolonging a half-life of a fused molecule and enhancing bioavailability of a fused protein.

The passive radiator is connected to the bone conduction speaker through a connecting rod. When vibrating by being excited by an audio signal, the bone conduction speaker drives the passive radiator to vibrate synchronously through the connecting rod. The affinity of the obtained antibody is high, the side effects caused by cytokines are small, and safety is high.
