  • Publication number: 20230069668
Abstract: A method and system for controlling fuel flow to an aircraft engine during start are provided. Following light-off, an actual value of at least one engine operating parameter is obtained. Based on a difference between the actual value and a target value, a first command is generated to cause fuel flow to be provided to the engine's combustor according to a computed fuel flow rate defined by a fuel schedule of the engine. When the computed fuel flow rate is within a fuel flow rate limit, the first command is output. Otherwise, a limiting factor is applied to the computed fuel flow rate to limit a reduction in fuel flow to the combustor and a limited fuel flow rate is obtained, and a second command is output to cause fuel flow to be provided to the combustor according to the limited fuel flow rate.

  • Patent number: 11544588
Abstract: A method described herein includes receiving a digital image, wherein the digital image includes a first element that corresponds to a first domain and a second element that corresponds to a second domain. The method also includes automatically assigning a label to the first element in the digital image based at least in part upon a computed probability that the label corresponds to the first element, wherein the probability is computed through utilization of a first model that is configured to infer labels for elements in the first domain and a second model that is configured to infer labels for elements in the second domain. The first model receives data that identifies learned relationships between elements in the first domain and elements in the second domain, and the probability is computed by the first model based at least in part upon the learned relationships.

  • Publication number: 20220414265
Abstract: A system and a method for generating search results based on access to user-approved information enable users to get personalized relevant consumable offers by sharing user-approved user information. The user account is prompted to enter a search query. If the search query is entered, the search query is relayed to the remote server. If the public user information meets the minimum information-sharing requirement of the compatible account, an account from the vendor accounts is designated as compatible account. The search query is compared to each consumable-related entry of the compatible account to identify a matching entry from the consumable-related entries of the compatible account. An offer result from the matching entry of the compatible account is generated. The user account is prompted to view the offer result. A viewing payment is executed between the user account and the compatible account, if the offer result is viewed by the user account.

  • Publication number: 20220410520
Abstract: A process of manipulating a closable carton with lid panels extending from walls of the carton and tabs received in slots formed in the lid panels to secure the lid panels to close the carton. The process has a step of moving a folding element transverse to each wall from which a lid extends to move the one or more lids into a position which closes the carton. The process has a step of lifting the closed carton past a non-return support and into engagement with another carton to provide a stack of closed cartons supported by the non-return support. The process has a step of the support then releasing a stack of closed cartons to a conveyor.

  • Publication number: 20220274690
Abstract: An aircraft system for an aircraft, the aircraft system including a controller configured, during a take-off procedure, to determine that a one engine inoperative condition is met and determine that a predetermined take-off criterion is met. The controller is configured, on the basis of a determination that the one engine inoperative condition is met, and prior to receiving a command to retract a landing gear of the aircraft, to initiate automatic opening of a landing gear bay door associated with the landing gear from a closed position towards an open position when the controller determines that the predetermined take-off criterion is met, and inhibit the automatic opening when the controller determines that the predetermined take-off criterion is not met.
