The methods disclosed herein can facilitate heterogenous integration using advanced packaging technologies, enlarge design for manufacturability of single chip designs, and/or reduce cost to manufacture and/or size of systems provided by single chip designs. An exemplary method includes receiving a single chip design for a single chip of a single process node, wherein the single chip design has design specifications and generating a multichip, hybrid node design from the single chip design by disassembling the single chip design into chiplets having different functions and different process nodes based on the design specifications and integrating the chiplets into a stacked chip package structure.

In the user hearing protection method, after an electronic device enables a hearing protection mode, when an audio output mode is a headset output, sound pressure output by the headset is obtained based on current-frame sound source data; when the sound pressure is greater than a predetermined sound pressure threshold, an instantaneous sound pressure over-standard warning is performed, and an instantaneous sound pressure over-standard protection operation is performed on the electronic device, and a user's hearing can be protected when the instantaneous sound pressure exceeds a standard.

    Abstract: Techniques are provided for using machine learning techniques to identify predictive features and predictive values for each feature. In one technique, a model is trained based on training data that comprises training instances, each of which corresponds to multiple usage-based features of an online service by a user. For each usage-based feature in a subset of the usage-based features, the model is used to generate a dependency graph, a histogram is generated, and an optimized value is selected based on the dependency graph and the histogram. A user of the online service is identified, along with a usage value that indicates a level of usage, by the user, of a usage-based feature. A comparison between the usage value and an optimized value of the usage-based feature is performed. Based on the comparison, it is determined whether to present data about that usage-based feature to the user.
