Abstract: The disclosure relates to a commodity anti-counterfeiting tracing method and system applicable to an e-commerce platform. The disclosure includes a commodity identification feature code set on a commodity package, a scan-to-shelve verification segment set in a commodity information publishing flow, and a scan-to-transact verification segment set in a transaction flow. Therefore, scanning to shelve and scanning to sell may be implemented. This may be ensured that a commodity bought by a buyer from the e-commerce platform is certified, and the goodwill of the e-commerce platform may also be improved greatly. Moreover, complete compatibility with an existing standard article numbering system may be achieved, the counterfeit commodities may be prevented effectively from entering each circulation segment of a supply chain, the probability that the counterfeit commodities enter the e-commerce platform for circulation may further be reduced, and the purpose of anti-counterfeiting tracing may be achieved.

Abstract: A method is provided for clause analysis in a legal domain. The method builds a coherence graph from a set of labeled training documents by (a) creating entity nodes from and of a same type as entities extracted from the set of labeled training documents, (b) creating clause nodes from labeled clauses in the set of labeled training documents, (c) forming bi-directional edges (i) between each of the clause nodes and the entity nodes belonging thereto, (ii) among parent-child clause nodes from among the clause nodes, and (iii) among same-level sibling clause nodes from among the clause nodes. The method merges nodes, from among the entity and clause nodes, that have a same semantic meaning. The method weights the bi-directional edges using a coherence metric. The method identifies a clause structure of a new document by matching the new document against the coherence graph using a node-covering algorithm.

Abstract: A supply chain data collection method compatible with standard article coding is disclosed. A general barcode of a commodity and an identification code presented in a plain code manner are arranged in the same identification area on a commodity package, and the identification code is arranged at a non-general barcode dead zone (S1). The identification area is scanned by a code scanning identification system arranged in a supply chain circulation link, and the general barcode and the identification code of the commodity are read and identified to collect the identification information of the commodity (S2). User information and the identification information are associatively stored in a database to realize collection of commodity supply chain data corresponding to the identification information (S3). A foundation is laid for the realization of “one article, one code” anti-counterfeiting traceability.

Each pair includes a respective obligation and a respective right. The generating step detects deep semantic differences between the respective pairs and a set of reference obligation/right pairs. The generating step identifies the explicit and hidden roles of the involved parties in the respective obligations/rights pairs according to domain-specific use scenarios and multidimensional local and global context clues in the contract. The generating step identifies the set of potential risks by applying a deep semantic role-oriented risk entailment model to the deep semantic differences.
