  • Patent number: 12375929
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a supporting authentication between a computing platform and a computer that has an attached geolocation dongle. The attached geolocation dongle provides location information to the computer that is indicative of a current location of the computer, where the location information is obtained from RF signals generated from neighboring cell towers or the Global Positioning System. The computing platform may utilize the location information for authenticating the computer. Moreover, the location information may be encrypted by the geolocation dongle based on an encryption key known by the geolocation dongle and the computing platform. With another aspect, authentication is supported by a computer and an associated communication device that provides location information to the computer via a short-range communication channel.

  • Patent number: 12373802
Abstract: Systems and methods of executing a real-time electronic transaction by a real-time transaction system are disclosed. One method includes receiving, by a routing system, an electronic transaction request from a user. The routing system may receive routing configuration data from a data query system. The routing system may determine an optimal path for executing the electronic transaction request in accordance with a routing decision model and the routing configuration data. The routing system may transmit the electronic transaction request to a transaction network via the optimal path. The routing system may generate a transaction route data based on the optimal path. The routing system may transmit the transaction route data to a transaction event-topic stream.

  • Patent number: 12369992
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention are directed to a novel wireless powered method, apparatus and tracking system without a wired interface to a moving catheter. The implant in the patient's body on the moving catheter is energized by an external ultrasound transmitter using acoustic pressure waves. As a general mode of operation, ultrasonic waves from outside of a patient's body are received by an array of transducer elements configured about the catheter disposed in a patient's body, wherein the array of transducer elements transforms a frequency into a resultant stored energy. The resultant stored energy powers one or more transceivers via a power management arrangement and enables RF frequencies in a desired band to be output and received by external sensors. Coupled with ultrasound backscattering capabilities, the catheter provides a dual mode for accurate triangulated locations of the distal end of a moving catheter.

  • Patent number: 12372166
Abstract: A valve trim that is configured to abate noise in a control valve. These configurations may include a cage with a flow path that has interior and exterior openings. The cage may also have a bore to receive a closure member or “plug.” This plug can travel longitudinally to change parameters of flow through the control valve. In one implementation, the exhausts of flow paths with adjacent inlets are offset or spaced from another. In one implementation, the exterior openings vertically offset. However, other designs may adopt combinations of radial, helical, or angular offsets as well. This feature can prevent mixing of flow from jets that are in the same inlet plane. This feature, in turn, can reduce jet-to-jet interactions that may abate noise. Use of additive manufacturing may be useful (or even necessary) to create these parts within certain design envelopes because these techniques can create the unique flow geometry within a unitary or monolithic body.

  • Patent number: 12372540
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for determining the presence of a coagulation inhibitor in a patient. A patient curve associated with the patient sample and having a patient slope (Ps) and a a standard curve associated with a control sample and having a control slope (Cs) are generated, and the Ps and the Cs are compared to obtain a Ps/Cs parallelism ratio. A Ps/Cs parallelism ratio of less than a predetermined ratio is indicative of presence of a coagulation inhibitor in the patient sample.

  • Patent number: 12372599
Abstract: Acoustic signals from an acoustic event are captured via sensing nodes of sensor group(s) that comprise a group of sensing nodes at a location comprising spatial boundaries. Each of the sensing nodes comprise a sensor area. Each of the sensor group(s) is based on: range limits of each of the sensing nodes; shared sensing areas of the sensing nodes; and intersections between the sensor area for each of the sensing nodes and the spatial boundaries. Solutions(s) are generated by processing the acoustic signals. The solution(s) indicate the location of the acoustic event. A strength of solution compliance value for at least one of the solution(s) is determined. A refined solution is generated employing: sensor contributions of sensing nodes; and the strength of solution compliance value with the spatial boundaries and at least one of the solution(s). A report is created comprising the location of the acoustic event.
