Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for ambient power energizer control. Some aspects more specifically relate to utilizing silent periods during which an energy providing device does not transmit radio frequency (RF) energizing waveform to avoid interference. In some implementations, a reader may transmit a message to an energizer, indicating the time period during which the energizer is to refrain from transmitting the energizing waveform. The reader also may transmit a similar message to one or more tags indicating when the tags should harvest energy and monitor for wakeup signaling. A master device may send coordination information to multiple readers such that each reader and each energizer coordinates silent periods. An energizer may combine multiple patterns of silent time periods to ensure that silent time periods for different readers are aligned. The reader may dynamically trigger energizer waveform transmission.

  • Publication number: 20250143219
Abstract: A bale accumulator for towed conveyance behind a rectangular baler features a bale platform for receiving the bales, a variable length drawbar enabling selective adjustment of the platform between a working field position of close working adjacency and statically in-line relation to the baler, and a road transport position trailing further therebehind and movable relative thereto about a yaw axis. Using an actuated coupler/decoupler, a bale pusher movable longitudinally of the platform to dump accumulated bales onto the field is selectively couplable to, and decouplable from, one or more elongated front bale supports slidably engaged with the baler, over which ejected bales can ride continuously from the baler without awaiting reset of the bale pusher. The front bale supports are coupled to the pusher for working use therewith in the working field mode, and decoupled therefrom to permit yawing of the platform in road transport mode.

  • Publication number: 20250148181
Abstract: Disclosed are a photonic integrated circuit (PIC) design system and method including optical signal propagation simulation with coupling awareness to account for transition loss due to a difference between at least one specific physical parameter (e.g., curvature radius, material composition, etc.) in optically coupled photonic devices. Coupling awareness can be achieved by including, within a bus of a netlist between the photonic devices, at least one pair of physical data pins: one associated with a specific physical parameter in the light emitting photonic device and the other associated with the specific physical parameter in the light receiving photonic device. Alternatively, coupling awareness can be achieved by running a utility to identify a parameter mismatch between the light emitting and receiving photonic devices, developing a custom coupling cell to account for the mismatch, and inserting the custom coupling cell into a design layout for the PIC.

  • Publication number: 20250150036
Abstract: A bias circuit (3300) for a power amplifier (3310) is disclosed. The bias circuit (3300) may select between different power sources based on a power need for the power amplifier (3310). As voltage levels between the different power sources may differ at the moment of transition, additional circuitry is provided to smooth the transition between the differing power levels. Further, the bias circuit (3300) may provide bias signals to multiple stacked transistors in the power amplifier (3310) in such a manner so as to avoid collapsing any of the transistors. One such approach is a piecewise linear bias signal. Still further, the bias circuit (3300) may interoperate with predistortion circuitry to assist in linear operation of the power amplifier (3310). Still further, the bias circuit (3300) may interoperate with protection circuitry to prevent over current, over voltage, or over power conditions that may damage the power amplifier (3310).

  • Publication number: 20250146192
Abstract: An overall process of providing information needed for a circular loom to produce articles of clothing on demand is disclosed. Initially body data or measurements are generated for a person by scanning with a camera or other image capture device or estimated based on user-input body parameters. Measurements are extracted from the body data which are then processed with linear regression and other parameter extraction techniques. The extracted measurements are then processed. The resulting panel shapes are used to automatically produce the article of clothing as woven output with the loom.
