  • Publication number: 20220100247
Abstract: Hierarchical Power Management (HPM) architecture considers the limits of scaling on a power management controller, the autonomy at each die, and provides a unified view of the package to a platform. At a simplest level, HPM architecture has a supervisor and one or more supervisee power management units (PMUs) that communicate via at least two different communication fabrics. Each PMU can behave as a supervisor for a number of supervisee PMUs in a particular domain. HPM addresses these needs for products that comprise a collection of dice with varying levels of power and thermal management capabilities and needs. HPM serves as a unified mechanism than can span collection of dice of varying capability and function, which together form a traditional system-on-chip (SoC). HPM provides a basis for managing power and thermals across a diverse set of dice.

  • Patent number: 10104055
Abstract: A system, method and computer program product protects client information used for online transactions by storing transaction details on the client side of a network and avoiding storage on the host side. A hash function may be generated representing a transaction and its details on both the client and server sides. For the transaction to be processed, the hash function from the client side must match the hash function on the host side. Once authenticated, the transaction details may be read and processed while maintaining storage of the client information on the client side of the network.

  • Publication number: 20180220331
Abstract: A controller for a distributed antenna system (DAS). The DAS has a plurality of antenna units. Each antenna unit is operable at a first frequency band, defining a first network. The controller comprises a processor; the processor is configured to receive a geo-location traffic specification. The geo-location traffic specification has an indication of a location of a device using the DAS and a traffic requirement of the device. The processor is further being configured to: select an antenna unit or group of antenna units to operate on the first network, based on the received geo-location traffic specification; wherein the antenna unit or group of antenna units is selected to meet the traffic requirement of the device with respect to the first network, in the location of the device.
