  • Patent number: 9959181
Abstract: A system for providing data communication includes a computer test tool configured to perform one or more diagnostic tests on a computer network and a cloud-based server. The cloud-based server is configured to couple to the communication network so as to exchange data with the computer test tool when the computer test tool is coupled to the communication network. The cloud-based server tracks usage of the computer test tool and, based on the tracked usage, transmits a message to the computer test tool that temporarily enables the computer test tool based on a predetermined condition.

  • Patent number: 9723145
Abstract: A system and method include a contact center to provide an interaction between a customer and agent. An analytics server connects with the contact center to parse a text of the interaction and determine an intent and a topic of the interaction based on the parsed text. The analytics server determines an implicit survey score for the interaction based on comparing the intent and the topic of the interaction with an intent and a topic of an interaction that was correlated with an explicit survey score.

  • Patent number: 9721774
Abstract: A mass spectrometer or ion mobility spectrometer is disclosed comprising: an ion block for receiving ions; a heater for heating the ion block; a vacuum housing; and an interface block arranged between the ion block and the vacuum housing; wherein the interface block is formed from a polymer. The polymer interface block inhibits the heat transfer from the ion block to the vacuum housing and also electrically isolates the ion block and vacuum housing. The interface block further comprises at least one conduit through the body of the interface block. This enables gas to be transmitted through the interface block to the ion block, and also enables the interface block to be cooled.

  • Publication number: 20170149634
Abstract: A system and method for aggregation of test result data includes a plurality of first testing devices configured to perform testing procedures to test cables of at least one communication network and to output associated first test result data. A cloud-based server device is coupled via a network to the plurality of first testing devices. The server device includes a database configured to store the first test result data and a processor. The processor is configured to determine a statistic associated with an aggregation of the first test result data output by the plurality of first testing devices. Second test result data is then received by the processor from a second testing device so as to be compared to the determined statistic and to output an indication of a result of the comparison.
