  • Patent number: 11533387
Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose an interface engine architecture. The interface engine architecture includes Java services and any combination thereof an adapter and/or a gateway, in embodiments. The interface engine architecture may be configured through a cloud-based application programming interface that provide a user-interactive graphical user interface, using templates for interface templates. The interface templates may be automatically populated with programming blocks that reflect protocol(s) of one or more message sources and/or one or more message destination(s). Once populated, messages received from one or more sources may be transformed using the programming blocks in the template and communicated to one or more destinations.

  • Publication number: 20220379300
Abstract: Magnetic beads having cell components of interest are translated between a sequence of processing wells in a tray without need for pipetting. The circular tray contains one or more sequences of wells each interconnected by a respective channel. The tray is rotated about a central axis and a magnet, an agitator, and a heater provided external to the tray enable magnetic bead translation, mixing, and incubation, respectively. The magnet proximate a well forms a cluster of beads. Manipulation of the tray in rotation and elevation results in translation of the cluster from one well, through a channel, and into an adjacent well. The well containing a cluster may be rotationally positioned in front of the agitator, the agitator extended into contact with the well, followed by mechanical agitation. The heater, disposed beneath the tray, may accept a well lowered thereto for selective heating.

  • Patent number: 11228821
Abstract: Methods and systems of correcting operation of multiple modules are described. The methods include generating a first dual-tone signal in a first module and transmitting the first dual-tone signal to a second module. A second dual-tone signal is generated in the second module and transmitted to the first module. The first module determines a first phase of the received second dual-tone signal and the second module determines a second phase of the received first dual-tone signal. Operation of one or both of the first and second modules is corrected based on the determined first phase and the determined second phase.
