  • Publication number: 20250133976
Abstract: A machine system includes a machine having a work tool assembly coupled to a back machine end and including a linkage adjustable among raised, lowered, and middle linkage positions in a vertical operating range. A work tool coupled to the linkage has an angular orientation dependent upon the position of the linkage and is pivotable at a greater pivoting ratio to the raised linkage position and a reduced pivoting ratio to the lowered linkage position. The configuration enables maintaining the work tool at a desired service orientation in a ground-penetrating portion of the vertical operating range, whilst tucking the work tool at the raised linkage position to facilitate loading of the machine onto a trailer.

  • Publication number: 20250135622
Abstract: One or more settings of a power tool device can be automatically adjusted based on a location of the power tool device relative to a work object. Work object data that indicate a work object type for the work object can be determined, and work location data can be determined based on the work object data. The work location data indicate work locations on the work object where a power tool device action is to be performed. A position of the power tool device is also determined. An electronic controller can determine a power tool device setting corresponding to the power tool device action to be performed at the work location nearest to the power tool device position. The power tool device setting is transmitted to the power tool device by the electronic controller, where the power tool device setting indicates an operating parameter of the power tool device.

  • Publication number: 20250137315
Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for securely transferring a locked container from a primary vault to a secondary vault. In one implementation, a triggering event corresponding to a transfer of a first locked container from the primary vault to the secondary vault is detected. The first locked container is detected in the primary vault, and a second locked container is detected in the secondary vault. A transfer time for the transfer is determined based on when the second locked container is detected in the secondary vault. The transfer is validated as a compliant transfer when the second locked container is identified as the first locked container and the transfer time is within a time tolerance band.

  • Publication number: 20250139112
Abstract: A server system is communicatively connected to a plurality of computing devices and one or more databases. The server system receives one or more queries from a computing device. The one or more queries specify a data source. The server system determines a level of security applicable to a user of the computing device. The server system translates the one or more queries into one or more logical queries according to semantics of the data source, and transmits the logical queries to a query pipeline of the server system. The server system executes the one or more queries against a first database of the one or more databases to retrieve query results from the data source. The server system applies the determined level of security to the query results to obtain one or more data sets, and returns the one or more data sets to the computing device.

  • Publication number: 20250137060
Abstract: Disclosed herein is Differential Subclone Eradication and Resistance Analysis (DSER), a method developed to identify molecular targets for improved therapy by direct comparison of genomic features of eradicated and resistant subclones in pre-and post-treatment samples from a patient with BRCA2-deficient metastatic prostate cancer. FANCI and EYA4 were identified as candidate DNA repair-related targets for converting subclones from resistant to eradicable, and RNAi-mediated depletion of FANCI confirmed it as a potential target. The EYA4 alteration was associated with adjacent L1 transposon insertion during cancer evolution upon treatment. L1 activation was inhibited by the antiretroviral drug azidothymidine. In conclusion DSER provides an informative intermediate step toward effective precision cancer medicine, especially in cases with dramatic but temporary metastatic tumor regression.

  • Publication number: 20250139055
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for staged resource querying addresses limitations of traditional file systems, which provide a flexible, scalable framework for organizing, managing, and querying diverse digital resources across multiple providers. The method receives a query specifying a sequence of stage types, each defining processing and grouping of items. It executes operations to process input items through these stages, creating a dynamic graph structure of grouped output items. This includes taking items from a resource iterator, processing them through specified stages, and organizing results into groups. The method enables incremental processing of resources, allowing efficient handling of large datasets and complex queries. It provides mechanisms for propagating items through the stage graph, offering fine-grained control over resource processing and grouping at each stage.

  • Publication number: 20250141196
Abstract: A cable gripping assembly. The gripping assembly has two jaw assemblies for gripping and pulling a cable. Each jaw assembly has a jaw block with a tapered cavity, and a jaw subassembly which fits within the tapered cavity to grip a cable when frictional forces, caused by a hydraulic cylinder or other actuator, force the jaws into the tapered cavity. The jaw subassembly has a guide plate, which carries pins affixed to the jaws. The guide plate is ordinarily allowed to move the pins along angled slots in a jaw plate. However, when actuated by a plunger, the guide plate and pins are forced to a widest point of the angled slots, maintaining the jaws in an open position, allowing for easy removal of the strand from the gripping assembly.
