  • Publication number: 20150165370
Abstract: An air drying system for OBOGS is provided. The system comprises a bypass valve having an opened state and a closed state. The bypass valve is in fluid communication with an air inlet providing pressurized air. A dryer unit is configured to produce dried air when the bypass valve is in the closed state. An OBOGS unit produces oxygen enriched air while a purge valve has an opened state and a closed state. When the bypass valve is its closed state, the purge valve is in its opened state thereby directing a portion of the dried air to the oxygen generating system unit and a portion of the dried air to the dryer unit. When the bypass valve is its open state the pressurized air passes directly to the OBOGS unit.

  • Patent number: 9059950
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for managing a viral invitational content campaign. Invitational content is delivered with a user interface element that, upon selection, transmits a forwarding request to the content delivery server. The content delivery server generates a link with a unique identifier and creates a forwarding entry that includes the unique identifier and identifies the item of invitational content. The link is returned in response to the forwarding request. Upon selection of the link, a request including the unique identifier is transmitted to the content delivery server which accesses the corresponding forwarding entry to return the corresponding item of invitational content. A viral campaign dictates a target spend range and throttling methods are utilized to manage the spend. Invitational content forwarding, delivery cost, and content selection are variable to manage the spend. Calculated metrics are also used to manage spend.

  • Publication number: 20150163631
Abstract: A building automation system may adjust operation of a building system based upon information regarding the relative location of one or more users of the building automation system. In some embodiments, a mobile device having location services for determining a location of the mobile device may provide this information. A mobile device may include a user interface, a memory for storing two or more predetermined geo-fences each defining a different sized region about a home of a user of the mobile device and a controller operatively coupled to user interface and the memory, the controller configured to accept a selection of one of the two or more predetermined geo-fences via the user interface. The controller may report when the location of the mobile device crosses the selected one of the two or more predetermined geo-fences to a remote device. Other geofencing approaches are also described.

  • Publication number: 20150158986
Abstract: Provided herein are interlayer sheets formed of an acid copolymer composition, which comprises an acid copolymer resin or an ionomer that is the neutralized product of the acid copolymer resin. The acid copolymer resin comprises copolymerized units of an ?-olefin having 2 to 10 carbon atoms; about 10 to about 25 wt % of copolymerized units of a first ?,?-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 10 carbon atoms; and about 15 to about 30 wt % of copolymerized units of a derivative of a second ?,?-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 10 carbon atoms. In addition, the acid copolymer resin has a melt flow rate of about 1 to about 400 g/10 min. Light weight safety laminates comprising these interlayer sheets are characterized by good strength and superior acoustic damping, due to the properties of the acid copolymer composition.

The first part is a first conditioned stimulus cue signal having a first duration. The commencement of this signal is followed by the commencement of an unconditioned stimulus signal of a second duration. The commencement of the unconditioned stimulus signal may be either before the end of the first conditioned stimulus cue signal, simultaneous with the end of the first conditioned stimulus cue signal, or after a time interval of no signals between the end of the first conditioned stimulus cue signal and the commencement of the unconditioned stimulus signal. The signals may be electrical stimulation, vibration, sound, light, or odor. The first conditioned stimulus cue signal is used to catch the animal's attention; and the unconditioned stimulus signal is selected to be behaviorally significant to the animal for use in training of the animal.
