    Abstract: A patient interface for delivering breathable gas to a patient includes a nasal prong assembly including a pair of nasal prongs structured to sealingly communicate with nasal passages of a patient's nose in use and headgear to maintain the nasal prong assembly in a desired position on the patient's face. The headgear includes side straps and rigidizers provided to respective side straps. Each rigidizer includes a first end portion that provides a connector structured to engage a respective end of the nasal prong assembly and an inwardly curved protrusion in the form of a cheek support that curves inwardly of the connector. The cheek support is adapted to follow the contour of the patient's cheek and guide a respective end portion of the side strap into engagement with the patient's cheek to provide a stable cheek support.

    Abstract: Disclosure herein are various forms of hybrid baseball bats comprising a wood shell having a radial wall and an outer radial surface profile defining a baseball bat. The wood shell having a central core with a central surface thereon extending from a distal end of the bat to the proximal end of the bat. The central surface being profiled with a taper that in some embodiments extends entirely through to the proximal end. A fibrous construct is housed in the central core and infiltrated with an epoxy resin for strength, shape adherence and bonding to the central surface.     Abstract: A process for separating iron-bearing impurities from silica sand is described. The process comprises the steps of subjecting a silica sand slurry to froth flotation in the presence of a collector, frother and depressant selected to concentrate the iron-bearing impurities of the silica sand in a flotation froth, thereby producing a silica sand depleted in iron-bearing impurities in a tail product. The collector comprises ?60 to ?70 w/w % tall oil acids, ?10 to ?30 w/w % poly-?-hydroxyl alkyl ethers and up to 3 w/w % tall oil rosin. The frother comprises a non-ionic surfactant, in particular one or more alkyl polypropoxy CnPm and/or polyethoxy CnEm frothers, wherein n=0-6 and m=1-3. The depressant comprises sodium silicate.

    Abstract: A text mining engine running on an artificial platform is trained to perform conversation role identification, semantic analysis, summarization, language detection, etc. The text mining engine analyzes words in a transcript that represent unique characteristics of a conversation and, based on the unique characteristics and utilizing classification predictive modeling, determines a conversation role for each participant of the conversation and metadata describing the conversation such as tonality of words spoken by a participant in a particular conversation role. Outputs from the text mining engine are indexed and useful for various purposes. For instance, because the system can identify which speaker in a customer service call is likely an agent and which speaker is likely a customer, words spoken by the agent can be analyzed for compliance reasons, training agents, providing quality assurance for improving customer service, providing feedback to improve the performance of the text mining engine, etc.

The multistage collector includes substituent components each with at least one input queue, a memory, a packing unit, and an output queue; these components can be sized to process groups of input elements of a given size, and can have multiple input queues and a single output queue. Some components couple to receive outputs from the ALUs and others receive outputs from other components. Ultimately, the multistage collector can output groupings of input elements. Each grouping of elements (e.g., at input queues, or stored in the memories of component) can be formed based on matching of index elements.

    Abstract: A blower unit for use as part of an integrated blower/humidification system is described. The blower unit has an outer casing, which encloses and forms part of the blower unit, the casing including an air inlet vent. The blower unit further includes a humidifier compartment for receiving a humidifier unit with a separate gases inlet and outlet, the compartment having a heater base for heating the contents of the humidifier unit. The compartment also has a blower inlet port which aligns with the humidifier unit inlet in use, the blower providing a gases path through the casing between the inlet vent and the inlet port. The blower unit also includes a fan for providing a pressurised gases stream along the gases path, and a power supply unit for powering the fan. The gases path is routed over the power supply unit in order to provide a cooling air flow.
