    Abstract: A method of forming transistors with close proximity stressors to channel regions of the transistors is provided. The method includes forming a first transistor, in a first region of a substrate, having a gate stack on top of the first region of the substrate and a set of spacers adjacent to sidewalls of the gate stack, the first region including a source and drain region of the first transistor; forming a second transistor, in a second region of the substrate, having a gate stack on top of the second region of the substrate and a set of spacers adjacent to sidewalls of the gate stack, the second region including a source and drain region of the second transistor; covering the first transistor with a photo-resist mask without covering the second transistor; creating recesses in the source and drain regions of the second transistor; and forming stressors in the recesses.

    Abstract: A blank configured to form a package is provided. The blank may include a cover panel, a back panel, a top panel, and an elevating panel. The elevating panel and the back panel may cooperate to form a compartment when formed into a package. The top panel may include apertures that align with aligning apertures in the elevating panel. The cover panel may be pivoted between a closed configuration in which the apertures are covered and an open configuration in which the apertures are uncovered. Accordingly, a user may view the contents of the compartment when the cover panel is in the open configuration. The compartment may be employed to store cartridges for an aerosol delivery device. A related method for forming the blank into the package is also provided.

The film material is applied such that the group of packages is sufficiently tightly bound so that none of the packages may slip free from the carton. The sixth side of the plurality of packages in the carton remains exposed so that tax stamps may be easily applied. The film of material may be applied so that a gap is formed relative to the sixth side.
