Abstract: An adjustable wheel assembly is provided and includes two pairs of oppositely disposed rim sections. The wheel assembly is normally biased in a circular configuration by a resilient tire disposed over the rim sections. A device for movably mounting the rim sections is employed to move the rims from their circular configuration to an oval configuration. When positioned in the oval configuration the wheel assembly applies maintaining and releasing device to prevent and permit movement of the rim sections between the circular and oval position.

Abstract: A toy bicycle that is a scale model including frame, seat, handlebar, front and rear wheel and drive assemblies comparable to a full-sized bicycle. There is also included front and rear braking mechanisms that can be readily and easily finger operated. The bicycle includes pedal and foot pegs that are oversized relative to the other components to facilitate finger operation of the bicycle. The handlebar is provided with projections to enable one playing with it to perform stunts.

Abstract: A novel scissors assembly having cooperating mating surfaces including a) cutting edges that fit into grooves to longitudinally slit a ribbon, b) a straight edge and cooperating groove to form the ribbon into a spiral loop, c) star wheels to corrugate a ribbon, and d) pinking shears to provide the ends with a zigzag cut.

Abstract: A stamping toy having a pair of self inking stamp pads. The arms are part of a housing assembly including a central drum which is rotatably mounted on a center support post and is biased along with the housing assembly by spring means into an inoperative position. A series of opposed radially spaced depending fingers and upwardly projecting projections are positioned in opposed relationship within the drum. An indexing rod on the post is adapted to cooperate with camming surfaces on the fingers and projections to rotate the arms as the drum is moved from an inoperative to the operative position and back to the inoperative position.

Abstract: A walking toy animal which is pulled by a leash. The animal includes a retracting mechanism within the animal housing and secured to the leash to retract the leash essentially within the animal housing when the leash is released. The animal includes resilient leg assemblies whereby when it is pulled it will simulate a walking action.

Abstract: A track system including a continuous track comprising a spiral track section interconnecting upper and lower track sections. The spiral track section exits into a powered roller assembly that receives a toy car from the spiral track and impels it along the track. The car leaving the rollers moves over an opening in a horizontal section and then through an inverted vertically disposed loop leading back to the opening to a lower track section and back to the spiral track section. The construction of the track creates a mid-air collision course that will occur if the car is moving over the opening when a car is exiting from the vertically disposed loop.

Abstract: A tool for providing cup-shaped, three-dimensional ornamentations for various items, such as, pictures, jewelry, or three-dimensional objects. The various tool embodiments include a power- or manually-driven plunger that engages a section of deformable material and drives it through a tapered nozzle opening to form a funnel-shaped cup. The bottom of the cup is adhered to an adhesive surface in a preselected pattern to provide the desired ornamentation.

Abstract: A tossing and catching play object in the shape of a ball or flying disc, made of a relatively malleable rubber or plastic material, having animal limb shaped appendages extending outward from the surface of the play object. The appendages are substantially flat in one dimension and provide aerodynamic forces to the play object when the play object is tossed through the air. The trajectory or path of the play object thus becomes variable and unpredictable, thus adding a degree of challenge in playing with the object. Also, the spherical embodiments of the invention are prevented from rolling far away from the intended receiver if not caught.

Abstract: The hand held housing has a depressible trigger effective when actuated to energize a motor. The motor drives a cylindrical brush to rotate within the housing. As the brush rotates, the ends of the radially extending bristles contact and remove ink from the conical surface of the felt tip of a marker, the end of which extends through an opening into the interior of the housing. Ink removed from the marker is propelled through another opening in the housing in a stream.

Abstract: The invention provides heated gloves. A battery saver circuit applies heat with a temperature responsive pulse width modulation that changes the duty cycle at which heat is applied to the glove. The battery saver circuit is part of a battery pack which is mounted on the back of the glove. A reflective foil is contained within the glove for directing heat toward the wearer's hand.
